Not happy. Ordered a Spinich and Feta calzone, a received a chicken and broccoli pizza. Took a half hour to get a replacement Spinich and Feta Calzone and got a under done burnt on top soggy calzone. Not going to order from there again. Wish we didn't leave a good tip.

It's just one of those places you leave consistently just a little upset. Got a caliguy, it was missing bacon and the mayo. Pretty much just turkey and onion cores; like loaded with onion cores. Just like their counterpart Ahop, if it weren't for convenience I wouldn't go.

The owner is a dink and his staff isn't any better. 4 years later. Tried again and was again treated to a horrible experience. Rude staff and management.
I ordered a wing ding dinner!!! It was awful 5 extra small wings and a whole package of soggy fries and by the way they were old and chewy!!! The cost was 23$and change so what I thought was a 20 and a 10 dollar bill didn't realize which was my fault I gave the driver 2 20$ bills and she gladly drove away with a 17$ dollar tip like it was deserved again my fault I didn't ask for it back! I called to ask for a manager and the girl on the phone asked what it was for I told her and said I'll never order again! She happily said have a nice day and hung the phone up!!! So with all that it was my first and LAST TIME EVER ordering from that place again!!!! Good job Costello's your number one!!!!!!!!

I phoned in my order today. Drove up and parked. Had to go to the bathroom, (I'm an old guy) and then proceed to the counter and requested change for $10. The counter person told me to go across to the Haffner's to get change!! Wait? What? I had to explain the counter person ( Later she's the Manager) That I was a Paying Customer!!! I ordered a Shrimp Scampi Pie and I wanted to leave a tip but after that exchange, gimme my $10 back and gimme my pie!! How Rude! I'm a 22 yrs veteran and just left Counseling but I had to put the "Cuss back in Customer Service"!! Not sure what that manager was thinking denying me to make change but I not gonna stand for it. Since you are still in Haverhill, I get to clock you on BBB and Yelp. I do not expect her to be there when I come back.

This review only represents my OPINION based on visit there tonight! This place has gone downhill it seems!! We ordered a clam strip box and a regular roast beef sandwich, both were ice cold by the time we got home 15 minutes later. The bread that the roast beef was on was totally STALE and falling apart! The cashier rolled her eyes at me and gave me a look because I screwed up the credit card reader, I could not figure out how to get past the tip screen if I didn't want to give a tip (MAYBE try having zero as an option, as not everyone feels they should have to tip for you bagging our food and doing your job, maybe ask your boss for more money hourly since the food is so high priced), and then she just turns the reader towards her and out of my view, and then makes another face when I ask for a receipt. The nit wit then says "the receipt is on the food", I then say, no I want a credit card receipt.. another rude face!! GET ANOTHER JOB if you don't like the one you have!! Will not be back here, overpriced poor quality food with rude staff in my opinion!
