Only one in line at the window nobody behind me. Ordered an egg wrap. Was told to pull out front and wait. I asked why and they told me due to keeping their window time metrics low….and again there’s nobody behind me. I pull out front and wait and exactly 23 seconds later an employee brings out my wrap. 23 seconds. 7/15 12:39

Stopped going because service has been so bad. Went today because I wanted a bagel. I asked for veggie cream cheese on the side (because they never toast it right so I always have to toast it myself at work). This is what I got, barely toasted, barely any cream cheese and NOT on the side and it was plain, not veggie. I'm done with this place. What a waste.
