Came here on Easter & Leslie & Gerald were working. They were awesome !! So fast and friendly too . I've come in many times before @ night . And the shop was kinda chaotic & messy . One of the employees usually working when this is going on is Zach .Hope these two guys stay !! My coffee was made perfect ? thanks again .

Place was very busy, my compadre was given a muffin with what looked like a bite had been taken out of it, and I got sick shortly after eating a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant.... the other customer's made for the 3 * experience as the staff was to busy on their cell phones and talking to each other.When my compadre went to return his muffin... He was told yes I saw it "I just wanted to see if we could sell it"

This time, my spouse ordered his coffee from the walk in and pick up, I waited at least 10 minutes. There was 6 people working in front who kept walking past me as I waited to order at the front for a coolatta.. it took 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge me, and then a worker started swearing and stormed off because it was so discombobulated I'm guessing. FINALLY after 15 minutes of waiting, a manager came out to help and I finally got my coolatta. This was the 2nd shift 11/12pm to 4-7pm. On Monday
I waited 25 minutes in line for my food. I had an appointment and nearly missed it due to the fact that the people at the drive thru took ages on every single order. Got my order wrong 4 times in a row despite me correcting them every time they read it back to me. Honestly not happy at all with this dunkin’. Woman at the window barely spoke English and I couldn’t even correct my order properly because she didn’t understand me.

Went inside where 7 people were working and not one acknowledged me at all. I stood there ready to order and after 5 minutes I just left. Literally nobody said one word to Me not just one minute be right with you or anything. I will not come back here again.
