Best boneless spareribs and beef dishes in the area. Terrible hot and sour soup. I always get the lo mein and it's always tasty. The under fried issue I have noticed with the rice is normally reserved for the house special fried rice, which honestly can be explained as the proper way to make Chinese fried rice its just not the color and grease level people grew up eating.
So, the Shrimp with Cashew Nuts, the shrimp were good- not fishy, and the cashews- the few that I found were good. There was an entire stalk of celery in it though, so, buyer beware. The "pork" fried rice, was just fried rice, and so, so salty due to the sauce. There was an exorbitant amount of it though- so- I could have shared it with 5 people. Staff were very nice, small place for how busy they were on Christmas, they did a good job, with so many orders that's no easy task, I don't want to say the one dish I didn't like because I might have just gotten a batch that they didn't realize came out bad, I will say though, I ordered like 5 things and 2 were good, 2 were insanely good(pork fried rice and boneless spare ribs), from what I gathered when I went, they deserve a good review and more regular customers :)
