I just received the most dispicable food I think I've ever had!! This food was worse than a mall's food court!! I don't know what changes this place has made recently but I'm just disgusted..this place has never been amazing but if you didn't want to leave the house it was ok..Everything in my pu pu platter was burnt but that didn't even matter the taste from the chicken wings to egg rolls were completely off tasteless.. the lobster sauce was light in color and tasteless..The mushu chicken was nothing even close to mushu chicken.. I didn't even open the lo mein.. its a loss ? I threw my money away. 97 bucks!!? I will never order from this establishment again...

The food is good sometimes but today they sent me my food and it was literally burned to a crisp. When I called to let them know, instead of offering to give me some new food or a refund the manager or whatever he is told me not to order from there anymore. I don't understand how anyone providing service would treat a repeat customer I order from the weekly and you'd think they would take care of their regular customers but instead they treat me like that. I honestly will not order from them anymore.

I would give a negative 10 if I could!!! Owner was extremely rude!!! Sent old burnt to a crisp boneless spareribs as well as beef teriyaki. I asked for a plate that was not burnt and I would send this back and the owner hung up!!! Go to orie tak garden they have fresh food and amazing customer service!!!

I won't go anywhere else, popped in tonight at 6:15 and asked for a large finger & egg roll, Jack at the counter said give me a minute...out the door in 5 mins & it is some of the best I've ever had!!!

I stop here a couple times a month when in town & was seriously hoping they wouldn't fall on hard times during the pandemic. Granted, I tend to order the same few outstanding items but was surprised by the negative reviews. Maybe they are just old and things have improved. The atmosphere can certainly be faulted but I usually get takeout & have even seen someone run my bag out as I pull up without ever requesting this. No matter what I order, the won ton soup is a must. It's the best, chock full of flavor with perfect dumplings and a generous heap of shredded pork.
