The 1am crew is supreme! The service was kind, fast and exceptional. I cannot recommend this location enough.

Missing items march31-2024 manager was very rude on the phone when we called we were very calm asked politely to speak to the manager but the person who claimed to be the manger was very rude on the phone and hung the phone within 2 seconds what is the problem with McDonald’s do they have a right to be rude like this this isn’t right

this place is the worst place to eat in Haverhill. no one speaks English, the service is the worst I've ever seen, food sucks. I placed an order and of course I had to pull up and wait, while waiting the kid was coming out giving the other people waiting their orders, remember, the dumb ass knows I'm waiting. so after 15 minutes I go in and the kid and 8 others are standing around doing nothing. I ask where is my order, what order I'm told, I tell them what I ordered, they say oh, total idiots. by the way there were only three customers at noon time in this dump.
