The owner of this establishment is so kind. The drinks and food are VERY good. I would recommend the Gyoza and the Peace Roll. (Even if you’re not a sushi person this roll is unbelievable).

By far the worst Chinese take out I've ever had. Egg roll undercooked, flavorless fried rice, sticky General Gaos. And all this for $80.00.

For the price, you can't beat Oyummy for the size and quality of their sushi rolls. The tuna was a deep purple and the salmon was spot on! It is our go-to place for sushi in the area, and the kids love the noodles and dumplings!!!

I’m embarrassed how much money I recently spent at this restaurant. It’s close by and I just started a new job that requires me to be onsite more. So I sit in traffic for over an hour. I’ve never eaten inside, takeout only. Im wondering if that’s part of the issue, but I always ordered either the steak hibachi or the 1/2 chicken 1/2 steak hibachi. I started to notice whenever I ordered just the steak hibachi. They would purposely put a bunch of vegetables underneath the steak to make it look more full. When I order half chicken half steak, the chicken is overflowing. I understand steak costs more than chicken, But that’s why the steak/chicken combo hibachi meal is much more than just the chicken. The manager is an arrogant a** h. He knows how much I spend there each week. He wanted to up charge me for sauce which is normally included $2. I asked to speak to the manager and he’s so fake friendly to my face when I’m spending money. I explained to him and the sweet receptionist that this normally comes free. I even told him he can keep his unflavored miso soup for someone else. STILL wouldn’t take the extra $2 off my bill. I told him, okay. You keep the order then. I order a similar plate from a place in Salem NH. It’s cheaper, way bigger portions. The soup is actually delicious and not flavorless broth with a few scallions and maybe 1 mushroom. The fried rice has egg in it, sprouts, actually fried and not mushy. Yes, it’s an extra 15 minute drive but totally worth it.

We visited this restaurant last Saturday and unfortunately our family experienced a stomach bug afterward. While the ambiance and service were commendable, the aftermath was concerning. I advise others to be cautious!

Been there several times and the food has been good - always hot & fresh. Drinks are good as well. Decent size menu with many choices. Owner is personable. Good size bar.

Hey Ya'll, it's me again your neighborhood foodie and I'm back with a short review for Oyummy. Well, two words OH NO! If I said anymore it would be more than two words and I promise you there is no need for that. This is the last place you want to go for Chinese food. I would not be a good foodie if I did not tell you where to go instead. China Wok in Newburyport is Fabulous, Friendly and freak'n Delish!

Horrible. Calamari is frozen and so so chewy. Got three sushi rolls and could not tell what was what. It was basic, tasteless and took forever as the staff clearly care only about the bar crowd. Thin place is such a disappointment that deserves to be taken over by people that know what they are doing. Go ten minutes down the road and get some great food!!!

I got the Naruto roll, it was standard good sushi, nothing mind blowing. But they had especially good seaweed salad

Great food and atmosphere - amazing dumplings!! Usually not too crowded but I don't know why - this place is genuinely good every time we visit.

We love Oyummy and it is a convenient location for us so we come often. The sushi is pretty good, the drinks are very strong and good. They have the best chicken fingers ever! We also very much enjoy the scallion pancakes and the gyoza. One thing I'd skip is the crab Rangoon's (we were not fans) but everything else we have tried we have enjoyed and e service is always great. Never crowded!

Oh yummy was my reaction to the food! I had the Yellowtail Scallion Sushi ? and spring rolls for an appetizer. My main course was Chicken Teriyaki. All of my meals were enjoyable!Quiet music ? played while I watched the Red Sox play on the huge flat screen above the bar ?.There was plenty of seating and the bathroom was in good shape. A bar ? is available as well.Prices are reasonable. The only issue was that when I first entered, there was no one to greet and seat you. The rest of the service was good ?! I watched my sushi being prepared.I recommend a visit!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options are available. That includes sushi.Kid-friendliness: Families are welcomed.Parking: Plaza parking ?️ lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ♿ accessible but the doors are not automatic.Dietary restrictions: Let your server know about your dietary limitations ahead of time before ordering.
