Staff is great and food is delicious! What more can I say, love this place! The proprietor of the establishment, Bassam, is a class Act. Friendly and professional, He often makes the rounds in the dining room to check in on his customers.

Great prime rib, as usual. This place has always had great food.It has been a few years since I updated my review. My wife and I go monthly and we have not been disappointed yet.The consistency and quality is just a norm for the Phoenician Restaurant. Wait staff is great and then there is Bassam (the owner) he never passes by without stopping to say hello snd welcome us back and thank us for coming in.You can’t go wrong.

have not been back to the Phoenician since Salem,N.H.. Moved back to Ma. was looking forward to a baked stuffed LOBSTER, not available but I understand that. My wife than ordered the filet mignon (pink/rear) came out well done !! . I ordered the King cut prime rib. with a double mixed vegetable. I think I would of been better off eating my boots. The waitress came out and said you were out of vegetables offered baked potato; I am a lo-carb eater!!. The service was great, I do not complain when I go out to eat, just don't go back. But seeing you emailed me for my experience I will let you know.........

We love the Phoenicien. It is our neighborhood restaurant when we don't want to travel far for dinner. The food is always good and portions are huge and good value. If you love lamb chops, prime rib or lobster great place to go. French fries are legendary. Louis R.

Servers were professional, and highly responsive one of the things to our needs. We had the opportunity to meet the owner, who was extremely friendly and guided us on menu options. Food was excellent and well priced. Altogether a wonderful and memorable dining experience.

We requested a booth in our reservation and we were seated right away in a nice booth. The waitresses timing was spot on. The Arabic food we ordered was very good as were the cocktails.

Amazing prime rib, cooked pink and perfect just the way I like it. Love that the restaurant owner Bassam works the room saying hello to guests like Abe and Joey did at Bishops. Very old fashioned and fun. I don’t get out to eat much but when I do I go here, for the classic experience.Parking: Parking lot is huge and easy.

Ok so still here. If I base my visit on first Impression I have to give a -0. For the bar tender. Scary !!! No personality . Was afraid to ask about the menu items. I don’t get the impression she is happy to be here or actually anywhere . 5pm 01/26

It was just okay. The wine by the glass tasted like it was oxidized, which means they either don't cork the bottles well enough or it was too many days old. We were a bit rushed out by the server toward the end. The food was overall good, but for the $34 price on stuffed shrimp, you only get 4 medium-sized shrimp that were overcooked ... BUT the walnut stuffing was definitely worth that dish.
