I tried to order from this restaurant and I specifically call you Die game the dish I wanted asked for Ho Yingdi ding the guy that answered the phone could not understand me after I describe the meal and then hung up on me. I called back numerous times and I got another man and he proceeded to hang up on me as well. If this is how they run their business then they need to be shut down because it was beyond rude and I called numerous times then there's decided to change my order to boneless ribs and chicken wings and they would not answer the phone after I called numerous times. I have never experience anything like that. If they want business and they want to make money so maybe they should answer the phone and accommodate customers. All they had to say was they did not serve the meal as I was looking for. I would have ordered boneless spare ribs and chicken dish I wanted if they could not make the dish I wanted instead of hanging up on me and then not answering the phone. If I can give 0 Stars I would because that's not how you do business.

The food is amazing. The service is fast and the delivery guy is so nice. This is the best Chinese food in Haverhill. The price is a lil high for some things but its well worth it.

Their food is good but when they got alittle busy the guy on the phone wrote down our order wrong after acknowledging what we ordered and repeating it back to us. We were missing two items from our order. I did enjoy the food though so it wasn't all bad. They are nice to customers not rude like some staff might be in other restaurants.

Called on the phone to place a order n the guy on the other line was rude.i asked a food question and the guy was unprofessional and hanged up on me several times. Then i called again and ask to speak to a manager or someone incharge he hanged on me again.
This Place Is An Embarrassment FOOD COMES COLD AND WHEN YOU CALL BACK THEY SAID THEY BROUGHT IT HOT AND HUNG UP NEVER GIVING THIS PLACE BUSINESS AGAIN HOPE YOU GUYS DONT EITHER SMH

I came here for late night food so wasn't expecting much, have come before and was alright but I had a hair in my soup.. this time not only did they forget half of the meal the man laughed and me when asked if he can make the vegitarian delight w. Teriyaki sauce.. he sounded drunk making absolutely no sense. I'm all set with this place for good. AND its EXTREMELY greasy
