Went to get party box of tacos at 830 pm on Saturday night said they did not have enough shells soft or hard to make the order!!!! What the hell. What restaurant doesn't have enough of the main product they sell!!! Not the first time!!! When I asked for it the guy who was taking the order just said NO with no explanation!!! Horrible customer service!!!

My boyfriend ordered a fairly large order for us and his family, I personally felt like a jerk but the team at Taco Bell really took care of us and did so with a positive attitude, and got our order correct. Thanks Taco Bell in Haverhill you guys are amazing!*Edit got home and all the food was wrong. Pretty upsetting and disappointing. Damn.

Ordered my food in the drive through and had to repeat every item at least once. They told me to pull up and wait and I waited so long I thought they forgot about me, no one was at the window and the doors were locked so I waited over 10 minutes. This location should just close, it's a waste of time to come here.

We went through the drive through and waited 20 minutes before they told us the drive through was closed with no indication whatsoever. We then went inside and they said only the drive through was open. We didn't ever get our food.

Ordered a Mexican pizza through drive thru. Received the order without a box just dumped upside down in a bag. Nothing keeping the food separate from anything else. Worst service I have ever seen.

Robbed me. Ordered 2 spicy potato soft tacos and nacho fries. Got to the window and payed then the worker proceeded to tell me to pull forward and wait. I asked for my card back before pulling forward and he told me that he has already given it back despite it being in his hand. I pulled forward and waited 5 minutes for the worker to come out and tell me that there was a 20 minute wait for beef and I could just leave. I explained that I didn't order anything with beef and he went back inside. I back up to the drive through window as there was no one els in line and the manager immediately opened the window and stated "what's your problem". I explained the situation and he said " I gotchu 1 minutes, you gotta pull up Though if you want your food cuz we have a timer to meet and your parked on the pad" i pulled up and waited 10 minutes for the worker to bring me out a bag with 3 random burritos that consisted of just lettuce and no fries.

Clerk had no idea how to operate register. Shift manager belligerent and wouldn't honor $5 box price as listed. Said "the computer says $5.99"Store manager eventually came out and made it right. Check your totals before paying!!Also - rule #1 the customer is always right.

How hard can it be to follow the corporate standards for making taco's? Somehow the management at this location just can't do it. I have been here 4-5 times since they opened a few years ago, every time they butcher my order as if they had kindergarteners working the line. In writing this I feel I am being too harsh... 5 year olds would likely do a much better job.How this place has a rating of 1.6 is beyond me. Whoever would rate this place above 1 must have the expectations of a flea. This Taco Bell should be shutdown, it's an embarrassment to the franchise.

Order is always wrong and/or missing items. Typically if you go back with the food they will check and fix what is wrong. One time I went back through the drive thru immediately after getting the food, waited another 15 minutes in the line, and was told at the window by the female manager that they were not fixing the food and would call the police on me if I didn't leave? Like I get that they were slammed busy, I had the item that was wrong to give to them, but she immediately said to leave without even bothering to look at what they gave me.. Going forward if I ever go here again I will only pay with my card, I will never attempt to have the order fixed and I will simply dispute the charges when the order is wrong and I will sit at the drive-thru window and check every single item before driving away. Horrendous customer service.

Ordered a grilled cheese burrito and they put tomatoes on it instead of the chips and the wrong cheese that is supposed to go on this burrito. They literally changed the entire burrito without saying a word to me. Pathetic waste of money! Never again!

Came in with my son and the store manager was very friendly and nice. She even let my son try their new all natural meat chicken nuggets and he became a huge fan. Now I know where to go to get him nuggets where they aren't super processed. I also gathered info to get them marked as open again on Google.Kid-friendliness: They made extra effort to address my son and say hello.Parking: Parking is always available.
I went out last night and bought an order of Nachos Bell Grande; I asked for extra cheese and extra sour cream....Paid an additional $1.60 extra for his...I was shocked when I got home and there was almost no cheese and no sour cream...........I called immediately to speak to a manager. Surprise! NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I tried another 3 times and NO ANSWER!!Don't give this place ANY of your hard earned money!!
