I really enjoy ordering pizza from this establishment rather than other local pizza places around Haverhill.The BOGO on their pizza is a good deal and the pizzas are so massive there’s leftovers for days. So many options and types of pizza you can’t go wrong.I never dine in, only takeout. I can’t speak for anything else on their menu, as I only order for their pizzas but they’re definitely busy on the weekends.Shoutout to one of the bartenders. He’s so friendly, making the effort to always say hi when he sees me picking up orders. I’d sit at the bar just for his fun energy. The hosts are really sweet, too.

Taste was fine but not nearly enough tomato sauce on the Detroit pizza I ordered. They put 5 little tiny globs across it, leaving most of the pizza sauce-less. Not at all like the photos where they do diagonal strips of sauce.

I’m from Chicago… I had UNO’s at Braintree about 7 years ago and it was good. Had Haverhill tonight and way off! Not deep dish Chicago pizza more like a bunch of bread and cheese layer on top. It tasted horrible.

Poor Food Poor Drinks, overpriced.This place needs a redo.. and by that, I mean New Menue, new design, and probably a new staff.Food is not good , not good at all!!and it took forever to get served..But let's start with the drinks...Horrible, just horrible.... and they were signature drinks off of the menu.. Make them right or make a new menuOnce the food finally arrived.. well, it was horrible as well.. tasted cheap and just bad reheated frozen food.Staff that I saw were friendly, but they definitely need training in how to read tables, and there needsPlus there was only one or two other tables, sooo it wasn't busy.. at all !Needs major changes, I won't be returning anytime soon.You all really need to do better

Went to Uno for the first time with my Bf. First off it looked so nice and cozy inside not too big not too small, just perfect . Beautiful Christmas tree they had. A bit of decorations. I glanced at the Bar & it looked nice. We got taken to our seats. Waiter was SUPER nice, heather is her name, Thank you!! We started off with a diet Pepsi, a Sober Sunrise & garlic cheesy bread. My Boyfriend is a very picky eater he usually only ever takes 1 piece of cheesy bread, this time he ate the whole half, it was pretty good! We then got a chicken parm & chicken tenders with fries & a water Don’t judge, it was our first time here. We loved the food! I guess the fries were amazing my Bf said Hahaha. It was all so good! Overall it was 3 drinks 3 items of food, it came out to be about $55. Restroom was clean and maintained. Thank you for the food. We will be returning.

Uno seems to have gone downhill.When entered, looked deserted, waited 5 minutes to be greeted. Server, young male, was inattentive, never warned us pan was hot (; although we knew, feel like it should have been mentioned)never checked on us, never asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. Was a let down to go . Food was ok, but overall a disappointment.

So I just wanted to give a 110% and a Well Done Great Job to some of the remarkable Staff at Uno Pizzeria and Grill in Haverhill, Ma. These three Gentlemen are always putting their best foot forward as far as Service goes always willing to go the extra mile when trying to Please there Customers......1st Amazing person that stands out EVERY TIME I see him is Brendon. I don't know Brendan on a personal level but he always is Amazing, thoughtful, Kind, respectful ☺️ Always has a Smile on his face and gives the up most respect. Very professional on many levels. I hope he continues to be such a great aspect to Uno Pizzeria. Because the food unfortunately isn't why I continue to go back. My daughter likes some of the food, but Me personally I am very picky.....Keep up the great work Brendan don't think it goes unnoticed. You have shown Me there is still Human Kindness out there. THANK YOU ?THE SECOND person is the Youngest of the Staff. Unfortunately I have a hard time remembering names and I hope my description doesn't offend anyone. He is young handsome short Tan Kid. He too is so sweet and Kind . You can tell he is trying so hard to be a good little worker that stands out. The few times I have dealt with him, when he sees my car pull in he runs out because I am somewhat disabled (not as fast as I use to be) and ask Me if I want him to take my money or card and bring My food out. Now I know he is doing it from his heart and not so much for a tip being as much as I would Love to tip the Good Kid I am unable to I am fortunate enough to be able to buy my daughter a kid's dinner and I rarely get my self anything if I do I get pasta Alfredo with Broccoli and I save over half of it for my daughter's dinner the next day. So even though I have not been able to give him a tip he always still comes running out to help with a Smile and kind words. He is a great kid and I hope He knows that Being the person he is now will in the future Pay off much bigger then any tip. Keep being a Kind hearted little man and one day you will make a amazing Adult with a Promising Future. THANK YOU ?AND LAST but just as Amazing is ieon forgive miss spell your name. I believe he is the assistant manager at the Uno Pizzeria in Haverhill, Ma.
