employees are ALWAYS amazing in my experience. given the fact that its Wendys.. naturally i do specifically choose to go to this specific destination when the kids are in the mood for fast food.
Proceeds to talk to a customer after they ordered while other people wait. A customer said that they have been waiting for 20 mins when I first arrived, clearly Wendy's doesn't care about their paying customers. Wendy's is on the downfall of the fast food empires and this is one of the many reasons why.
