Just sucks ! How you give “bacon cheese fries with full bacon strips and not even the cheese melted ?” The fries was cold , everything thrown in the damn bag like they don’t even care … if you don’t like your job then don’t work there . Don’t understand why PAYING COSTUMERS HAVE TO SUFFER JUST BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES DON’T LIKE THEIR JOB?! The workers HAVE to do better . Won’t be going to this Wendy’s I rather drive a few extra miles and get exactly what I order …. Smh

They refuse to make door dash orders. Ive waited 45 minutes for an order just for it to be cancelled. Awful service. They obviously don't care but I don't understand why I have to suffer because they aren't properly supported or paid well enough to care.

Called a few a few minutes ago and spoke the the “manager” on duty- regarding my simple door dash order taking over 35 minutes to complete ( still not completed) she refused to identify herself by name or employee number when asked and was extremely rude and short with me on the phone. She became combative, when I called and asked what the issue was- this is FAST food right? When I asked for her name she hung up on me. And refused to answer the follow up calls. I’m posting this review to draw attention ruin the horrible customer service and handling of my complaint. If I order through DD and I still and paying customer? Attention corporate office! Find new managers that interact with your customers productively. Out reach to corporate to come. Do not order from this location and give them your money because the manager will hang up on you after a 35 MINUTE wait time.

I got that deal for $5... U get a Jr bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece chicken nuggets, fries & a soda! Plus, I got 2 Jr frosty's! The frosty's weren't the only thing that was cold let's just say... Everything was cold!!! ?‍♀️?? The frosty's were awesome though! ???

Hands down the worst drive through ever.... Took over 25 min for a mobile order pick up in the drive through line... 25 min !! For fast food that was already made lol

Drivethru on friday nov 30 8:05 or so couldn't seem to get order right and then told me to stop yelling at him. When I paid and asked for receipt twice she said she didn't have one and that I would get it at the next window. At next window after waiting at least 4 minutes the food came out. I asked for my receipt and he said it was in the bag. Well it wasn't and I said no f--king receipt. He put his hands up in the air and told me to f---ing stop swearing. I asked for manager and she gave me a hard time about swearing. I said just give me my receipt. Yeah they gave me a receipt all right but it wasn't mine. I had to go back around the loop again to get the receipt. I'll never go there again. Line was very long service was very slow and food was not hotand my classic bacon burger had 1 half inch piece of bacon the triple baconator had one piece. Large fries were cold. There must have been 10 or more people supposedly 38plus dollars was outrageous
