Dined last Saturday night. Came in to celebrate a couple end of March birthdays for our family. We had a 7:30pm reservation and unfortunately had to wait a half hour for our table to be ready as the party at our table before us was running behind. They did offer us waters from the bar while we waited. Both meatball appetizer and calamari appetizer arrived to the table cold, but already running behind on dinner we did not complain. I ordered the sirloin medium which I found to be a little tough and again arrived to the table lukewarm at best. Our server was not the most efficient, a wrong entree showed up at our table, we had to remind her about a drink order, she did not offer to wrap any of the left over entrees up to go, or offer any dessert for those celebrating birthdays. All in all it was a mediocre dining experience at best.

I wish they were aware that just because you create a look that gives the impression the restaurant is high quality, doesn't mean it magically happens. It's a place that feels like the chef/owner is doing some kind of fancy restaurant cosplay. Had been before and only there because it was a family birthday. My dish didn't taste bad, but only because there was no flavor. And finding the seafood in my dish was a needle in the haystack situation.

The food was quality and experience phenomenal. I drove to Alma Nove directly from airport while in town on business. I would like to recognize Donnie the bartender who assisted me with info about Wahlburger owned restaurant and was very professional. Unfortunately I could not make a Tuesday Night dinner event Donnie made me aware of but the friendliness was on point. I heard of this restaurant watching Wahlburgers and wanted to see what the restaurant was about. Met expectations. Hopefully I could meet Paul next time I'm in town. Thanks again Donnie the bartender for great lunch.

I have never been to this Resteraunt before and it's a great place the food was excellent the place is beautifully decorated but what really made our night so special was our waitress Maddie she was exceptional and had perfect timing the whole night knew the menu from top to bottom she made the trip worth it driving from Boston at rush hour she rocks !!!

We very much much enjoy our meals here! We've gone several times now and our experience is always consistent. Food is on the expensive side but worth it as it's always delicious and portions are sizable. Cocktails and desserts have always been tasty as well! Service is always very good and the restaurant size keeps it intimate. We love sitting outside when the weather allows in summer too! We've even had our toddler with us a couple of times and the waitstaff was very accommodating. Certainly a place we'll keep coming back to!

Service served the wrong meal, that was corrected quickly but then we told him there was a birthday and he dropped a dessert on the table without asking if we wanted dessert (after leaving dessert menu). Came back with the check. Poor service

We've been here twice and on both occasions we'd give an overall rating of 5 stars. From the greeting at the door by the host/hostess table, to the wait staff, to the food, everything is first rate. One thing we love about this place is that we are never rushed. The wait staff is well trained to provide just the right balance of attention. The cocktail menu is fantastic and the food really is outstanding. Our favorite restaurant on the South Shore.

The service was just average. Normally it's exceptional. The servers seemed overall to hang out in the kitchen area or talking to host staff. Service used to be the best around. Main course portions were small. All previous visits were 9.8 out of 10. Last night struggled to get to 7 of 10. Server was a 6 of 10.
The food was very good however it was small for the price. Our reservation was at 4pm and it took a long time to get our meals. Our server was kind but slow for the time of day, the restaurant was fairly empty. We were disappointed by the overall experience.

My brother took me to Alma Nove for my Birthday. The server was very sweet but a little slow in taking our order. She brought me a birthday candle and dessert to celebrate. The food was very good. The mussels were the best I've tasted.
