I did an online pickup today (March 2nd) around 1 pm and spent over $30 on food. Unfortunately I wasted all that money. Everything I ordered either wasn’t correct or just not given to me. I left with 3 missing items and the 3 that they gave me were incorrect. The receipt was correct so not sure where the confusion was; but I reported my order on door dash and they rejected giving ma refund. Very disappointing.
The nicest woman helped me when I was picking up my catering order last weekend. Cheerful and efficient, she really made my morning. The bagels and cream cheese were excellent too!

The bagels were as tough as shoe leather and had pretty much no flavor; couldn't cut them with a knife. It's so loud in there you can't hear yourself think. Had to repeat the order several times. Also, wouldn't hurt to have a sign telling customers where to order. Won't go back

Good when you order plain simple things. A lot of cooked food is not seasoned at all. It is a white area so that’s what u can expect but the bagels are hella good.
Bagels are good but I keep forgetting that the lox spread tastes like the Gloucester docks.

Pretty good breakfast bagel sandwiches and coffee, although mostly through DoorDash it can be pricey for a sandwich order. I still order once a week but bagels are fresh, sandwiches are tasty.
