“For a suburban area to serve decent Japanese food is rare. They do a lot of take out orders and they get busy on the weekends. They have good tasting sashimi, sushi, and hand rolls. I would avoid the rice bowls such as chicken or beef. Rolls were fresh and the waitress was friendly and honest. Parking can be located on the street or in the back for complimentary parking.“

“Was pleasantly surprised, I had called in advance to make sure no MSG due to allergies. Everything was wonderful. The restaurant is very clean, the food excellent, the cosmpolitan was pefect, many restaurants get it too sweet, this was perfect, John was the bartender and our server and he was great, very professional. All of the food we ordered was fresh and delicious. The volcano roll was a bit heavy, but was absolutely delicious. We also ordered shrimp tempura roll, Philadelphia roll, spider roll, mango roll, tamago, and sweet potato roll. Everything was high quality and fresh.The restaurant was clean and the servers were very attentive about our needs. “I love Thai food, never cared for Chinese style food until now. My Mom took me here for my birthday. She ordered a bunch of different things we shared. I am in love with the house fried rice, the garlic broccoli dish, shrimp and mushrooms, beer battered green beans everything was amazing and fresh. I never had this fresh of food at any restaurant ever! The only complaint I can think of is they don't have salt on the table, you have to ask, but honestly the food is so good, you won't need it! If you love fresh food, like they got it right out of the garden that morning: GO! SIMPLY AMAZING! “This place is a hidden gem tucked away in a little strip mall in Winthrop. The interior is very nice and classy enough to impress and there's a separate bar area. The menu is pretty big with sushi, the usual Thai noodle and rice dishes. Lot of good soup options as well. The service was great and the food is fantastic and you get a good portion for the price. Definitely worth checking this place out if you want good Thai without driving into the city.“

“Me and my mom were looking for a new hotpot to try out. This place had a really good portion of food. The service was really nice, they even offer to give us some advice about how to cook the meat as it was prep differently. But if I'm being honest it just straight up taste like beef slices for pho. But it definitely tasted smoother than regular beef pho slices. They only pay with cash if that's an issue for anyone. We was just taken aback cause they didn't have a sign on the front door but at the inside entrance when you leave. So we had no idea until we had to paid. Other then that, the food is good and service is great! I'll come try out the sushi next time and let y'all know if it's worth it.“

“It’s located in South Shore’s Food Court so the atmosphere is pretty much always going to be a three… ??? But the food is worth it!!! I had a Red Sox Salmon Roll which was 10 pcs of crispy salmon & crab meat with a mild spicy sauce… I’ll be back for more on my next visitVegetarian options: They have 5 different Vegetarian Plates.Parking: Plenty of mall parking depending on what time of year you go.Kid-friendliness: Located in the Mall Food Court that has a play area.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of WC accessibility due to being within the mall.“

“I ate at Thai Bar Shi for the first time today. The Maki was fantastic and the coconut soup was also fantastic! The food was ready for pick up quickly and ordering online was super easy! It was delicious !!“

“The food was great. The server was great. He explained the different types of languages that are spoken in Japan. He also told us that when Japan conquered the islands, the people weren't allowed to speak Mandarin or anything other than Japanese. He spoke both. You never know how you're doing to meet or what you're going to learn. Thank you for the great service and the knowledge of your home.Kid-friendliness: My nephew, who is 11 years old and my niece, who is 9 years old, didn't have a problem ordering something from the menu. They also got chop stixs and learned how to use them.“

“There are 2 Fujis I Quincy, let make this clear. I am speaking of the smaller original location that has 10, maybe 12 tables, and NO BAR.The wife and I go here at least once a month. The food is always great. The service seems a little rushed at times (meaning) it's almost as if they're want you to leave. I assume they want to turn the table as fast as possible. “We came here for dinner and the place is great! The atmosphere is beautiful from the wonderful decorations for the holiday and the way the place is arranged was great! Our waitress was so nice and attentive as well as always checking to see if you need anything or how the food was. Service is great! Their drinks was superb! Love the lighting effects in the drinks! Food was omg delicious!!! We couldn't get enough of their mussels. The steak was cooked perfectly and the lamb chops were so awesome! I would definitely come here again!! Great place and well deserved 5 stars!!“
