A warm inviting pub-like atmosphere. Menu is full of classic offerings. Server was pleasant and accommodating but volume of business stretched even the most skilled server's abilities.

We got fries, chicken wings and a few rounds of Guinness. The service was slow, but it was Christmas Eve and busy. Good noise level, clean bathrooms.

I had a great time here. Small place - cozy works too, but great food, great service and loved the atmosphere. with the cool temps and drizzling rain it kind of added to the Irish pub ambience.

Shepards pie was amazing. Knocking down a star because service was very slow... but will say the food was worth the wait!

I cannot believe my experience today. I couldn't wait to get home to tell people to stay clear of this Restaurant. I went with my husband and 2, 3 year old kids. We went for a nice long family hike (longer than expected) so we were happy to get a nice meal together. We were told there were 2 parties ahead of us and 10-15 min wait, however we were waiting for about 25+ mins at the small bar area and watched 3 parties get sat. My toddlers don't know how to wait unfortunately, especially when hungry so they were a little tiresome and becoming loud. I saw two four tops ready to be sat, I went to the host and she almost didn't recognize me and apologized as she forgot about us. We weren't that upset, the children were hungry but not a big deal. We waited another 20-25 mins and no one came over, however a large waiter with a headband and bun kept walking by us, about a dozen times and didn't acknowledge us or look at us a, but she was tending to all the tables and walking past us each time. We saw a 3 top get sat and had their drink order taken a minute later- practically immediately! Now my children are starving and I went up to the host and she apologized and got my drinks right away and said she will get my order in in a minute. The waitress came over a few minutes later and gave me my beer with no response, no "Hi" or "I'm sorry about the wait" NOTHING! I thought that was so bizarre however the ginger ale kept my kids at bay and we waited a little longer. Now I noticed the new table had their order taken and everything and it's been an additional 15 mins said the waitress was no where to be found. I then went up to the hostess again and said that she still hasn't come over. She was astonished and apologized again and said she will tell her to come over. The kids at this point are losing it, we are getting upset and we see the waitress, however she walks by us AGAIN with no acknowledgement at all. I am completely dumbfounded said "Can I put our food order in?" And no joke---- She looks over at us with the ugliest, nastiest face I have ever seen and stares at me... proceeds to "grill/stare" at me, and says "I"ll be right there". At this point my husband got so upset and saw that and said we have to go. I got up and went up to the hostess AGAIN and told her she gave me a nasty attitude and I am all set. She had nothing to say but just had a blank stare. This is crazy, I have never ever EVER had been treated this way. If you have children DO NOT GO THERE, actually, maybe don't go there ever. This destroyed our Sunday, kids didn't get to eat for another hour with the driving, ordering and picking up the food for them. I cannot wait to tell all my Hingham mom friends and family about this horrible experience. NOT FAIR TO OUR CHILDREN AND TO US.
