The prices are high at Cold Stone Creamery but the ice cream is absolutely delicious. Most people don't have a clue that what they're being sold at the supermarket isn't real ice cream. It's garbage. It's full of air so you're getting much less than the size of the container it comes in. When it melts it never melts. It turns into a foamy liquid. I don't buy "ice cream" at the supermarket. I go to Cold Stone Creamery. Cold Stone hand packs the ice cream you purchase so you know you're getting a container that's packed down firmly with no air pockets. It's solid ice cream. The quality of the ice cream is excellent and there's a lot of choices when it comes to selecting a flavor. Lots of choices if you decide to choose a few add ons. You pay more but you get what you pay for. I'd recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quality ice cream. I'd just recommend that you visit them during off peak hours. If there are a few people ahead of you it takes a little while to get served. We live in a world where we want everything done fast. It doesn't work that way at Cold Stone. There are so many choice and so many add ons that customers take a little longer to decide what they're going to orde but It's worth the wait.

I am deeply disappointed at the employees at this location. I had requested a custom inscription for my birthday cake. We placed the order online a week before picking it up. When we got the Holbrook location, the cake did not have any writing on it… We asked the employees if they could at least write “Happy Birthday” on it. One out of the three employees working just gave us a blank stare and said “none of us know how to do the writing”. You’re poor customer service is disgraceful. Never coming back to this location again.

I’m just leaving the place right now . As standing there with my boyfriend for atleast 20 mins and no one even asked if we are all set, or to hold on . Nothing !!!! We asked if we could place an order and no one even acknowledged. It’s disappointing. All having AirPods in the ears , customer service is horrible . This is Sunday 3/3/24 at 5pm .

Last night I ordered two ice creams with many toppings, large sprinkled cones and four ice cream sandwiches. To a total of $67 thru door dash. The dasher forgot a bag at cold stone. We didn't get cones, several toppings, or four ice cream sandwiches. We called and were told the bag was there and we could come pick it up. Are you kidding me? I'm now told via cold stone manager to "contact door dash" it's not their fault. So...$67 for two screwed up ice creams and cold stone accepts zero accountability? Folks spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Coldstone is comfortable taking your money and not providing food ordered. Thumbs down all around.

They must be underpaid and overworked. Second location I go to where employees have an inpatient and aggravated type of approach. It is really sad but every visit to any of these store is a disappointment in service. Invest in your employees they need good training and good pay.

I usually prefer family, home-made ice cream shoppes, but I had a birthday coupon for Cold Stone. The mint ice cream with chocolate chips and fudge in a waffle cone was delicious and the hand mix-in process makes the ice cream especially creamy. The scooper had a problem processing the coupon but the other employee, not sure if she was a manger, helped. Both employees were pleasant and hard-working. We enjoyed eating our ice cream outside on a hot summer night.

The ice cream is delicious as usual. The customer service was subpar. There were only two young girls in the store. One seemed to be helping herself to ice cream while the other attended to the customers. Mind you, she was also taking orders from planet smoothie. That could be where her poor attitude came from. I feel for her in that sentiment. They should hire people who care about their job. The poor girl shouldn't be manning an entire store alone.
Ice cream is good, extremely poor service, extremely slow, most the time there is not enough employees working.

Horrible customer service. My order always arrives incorrect. Workers should be making sure orders are together before a driver picks it up. I don’t recommend ordering from them.

I don’t know who needs to hear this but Amanda need a raise. I went there today around 3pm the line was very long the poor girl was by herself and still helped everyone with such a pleasant attitude. She had great customer service and didn’t rush anyone order. KUDOS AMANDA!

I haven't been to cold stone since I was younger, so I'm thrilled to have visited tonight. The ice cream was incredible, and I will return whenever I am in the area!
