I ordered delivery and received the wrong sandwich. I called to see if they could send the correct sandwich and before I could ask I was put on hold and then asked to text a photo of the food to the employee's personal phone- super weird and unprofessional! I sent the photo and was put on hold again, finally coming back to say that the manager approves the photo and here's my options. At that point I say no to both offers and request a refund for the item, a measly $6.99. While being put on hold again I hung up. Fed up. Won't be ordering again. Zero start customer service.

I told me self I would never order from here again and I did because I didn’t have any other options and it doesn’t give you the option online to order from another dominos. Let me say this the lady who works there wouldn’t give me her name she’s very rude, and the cooks think everything is a joke! My pizza was undercooked with the dough not even done.Who wants to eat raw dough? I drove all the way to Holbrook and I wanted her to remake it or give me my money back and then she had the nerve to try and refund me for one pizza. The pizza isn’t done and if I get sick they will be the one the one blame. She then refunds me partial of the money and then tries to snatch it out of my hand. What kind of customer service is this seriously? I just told her it wasn’t fully cooked who wants to eat dough? Never ordering from here again and who ever owns this dominos please get some better workers who understand customer service because this is the worst customer service experience I've encountered with dominos and it will be my last! A disgrace to the dominos company, never felt so disrespected by employees before! Shame on all 3 of you! Now imagine if I was the CEO of Dominos, they would have been fired on the SPOT!

Don’t go to the Domino’s on Norfolk Rd in Holbrook if you have food allergies. Ordered a gluten free pizza for my daughter with Celiac disease but they gave me a regular pizza. Tried calling the store but was hung up on and then no answer until my husband was walking through the door. The manager made the gluten free pizza but then put it on the counter with regular pizzas and cut it with the same knife used on other pizzas. My husband pointed out the cross contamination. The manager said she wasn’t making another pizza, canceled our order and told my husband to get the f out. No refund either. Dominos customer service is a joke. Shame on you Domino’s. Do better.

HORRIBLE! I ordered pizza tonite & it was just left on my front stairs, so, when we discovered it, after it was overdue 25 minutes, my pizza was full of ANTS!!! I Immediately called Dominos and was told that they couldnt help me... pizza Was delivered & delivery boy had taken a PICTURE of it on my front stoop proving it. He said he rang the bell and knocked but nobody heard a thing (and my home is very small!). They even refused to credit my credit card for the inedible dinner!! I have NEVER heard of such HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No replacement dinner OR credit!! BEWARE OF HOLBROOK DOMINOS! FOOD DELIVERIES SHOULD BE HANDED OVER TO THE CUSTOMER PERSONALLY, NOT LEFT ON FRONT STAIRS! I mean, its PERISHABLE, and it summertine with all the bugs! Fine to leave a Amazon package at the doie - but NOT fresh food!!
