The donuts here are slightly cheaper than in the city and decently sized (hole in the middle isn't obnoxiously large like other places). The inside was spacious but not the cleanest. Lots of workers. There was also a self-service ordering kiosk, which is convenient; haven't seen that at other locations.I got the strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut for the first time. Unsure if the strawberry frosting always has a slightly medicinal aftertaste or if it was this location, but I wasn't a fan.

Bathroom is FILTHY. Is clear that it doesn't get cleaned on a daily basis because I use it almost every day ( I wish I didn't have to use it, but it's the only one available on my route)absolutely disgusting filth in the bathroom & often there is no soap available is almost impossible to get the attention of any employee to let them know- I can't imagine that they use that facility themselves. If they don't care to keep the public facing areas clean, can you imagine how bad the back area is that we CAN'T see?

How is it possible in 1 visit, I would get an iced tea that tastes spoiled; with no straw; a cold sandwich that was definitely pre-made long before I ordered it; and the wrong donuts. I think I'm entitled to a refund.

Took almost 20 mins to get a coffee and a sandwich that I put through the app and then it was wrong and gross. If Holbrook runs on Dunkin’s it’s not this one hopefully or they’ll get everything wrong and be 20mins late to everything. Sad and pathetic.

Usually come to this Dunkin’ due to good quality coffee and food and pleasant staff. My husband and I went through drive through at 8am on 7/6. We ordered 2 blueberry iced coffees w/ cream/sugar. Once we got to the window JoJo waited on us and my husband asked for more ice in our coffee. There was barely any ice in them and they felt warm. My husband asked for a small cup of ice. JoJo rudely said “it’s gonna be a dollar. My husband said “for ice? I have none in my coffee.” JoJo then said “did you request that at the speaker?” My husband said “no, I should not have to I ordered an ice coffee” my husband then asked JoJo to remake the coffees. JoJo sighed extremely loud and rolled her eyes and rudely grabbed the coffees out of my husbands hands. I will never be back at this Dunkin’. I am so disappointed how we were treated by JoJo. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant. We should not have to start our morning with a disrespectful person.

It's sad they close too early and they taken away parking spots. That's why you don't see many people sit inside and then they took away seats. How can you run a business like that? You need to head examined?

Avoid this place at all costs, staff is rude and incompetent. Even for a Dunkin’s this store is ridiculously low quality. Also make sure to ask for your change cause they won’t give it back otherwise. Low class rude thieves at this store.

We stopped in to get a hot coffee to warm up. One of the teenage staff workers seemed to have an attitude, like she didn't want to wait on customers.I had to wait 20 minutes until she noticed I was waiting at the counter.She's lucky I wasn't an "Undercover Boss", as she would have been fired for her actions, and poor service.

The people at 30 union st in Holbrook are great. There's a pretty stable crew of familiar faces at the drive thru window, and they always get my order right. I've been going to this store as my first choice of 5 similarly close stores for at least 10 years now.
