They have recently changed hands and the quality and service is poor. Went there on a bitterly cold day. After leaving the drive thru my coffee wasn't even warm. I have never given a 2 star rating to anyplace but this one deserves it.
This place's service is not that great... very slow wait times most of the time.. especially for fast food! Often times my ice coffee tastes burnt or old and sometimes it isn't even made correctly. Time to visit a new Dunkins!

This is probably my 3rd or 4th most frequently visited DD. Staff is very nice, it's just they're constantly running out of things. They clearly don't stock enough or order stock correctly. It's a gamble when you order something. The staff gets 5 stars!! Whomever is responsible for stocking the place, zero stars.
