My food always comes out great. Waitresses always have an awesome and positive attitude. And I believe the guy that helps out is the manager, he's always making sure the food comes out to my satisfaction.

We came on a Sunday to get dinner there, we were sat down at our table pretty fast. Waited at our table for over 20 minutes for someone to come take at least our drinks order. No one showed up to take our order and i would've been okay with it if the place was busy, but literally there were very few people. They would sit down people coming in after us and bring them the food and the drinks, but ignore us like we weren't even there. Not going back there ever again.

I saw the server go behind the bar and pour the Tito's she put in the glass with ice back into the original bottle right in front of customers. Illegal and gross all in one, then she wouldn't come back because she knew we saw her.

Really impressed with how nice the staff is. Very prompt service. I ordered carside. Everything was cooked perfect and was packaged with care. The Togo margarita was super yummy and they are very good about checking id's and providing friendly service. Super refreshing after some experiences I've had at other locations. Can't wait to go back and dine in!

Applebee's "To Go" order: Food was overcooked in which the meat was hard, burnt and unable to eat; also the curbside attendant wasn't polite: "the person would ask if I am picking up the order for someone else, neglecting that in multiple instances I had stated that it is for me and my family". I hope that the manager may become more aware of the quality of the "To Go" service as this was my first time doing so and it will be the last time I would go to this particular Applebee. Caution to those whom may wish to have a good quality meal from this location in particular.

The services was straight trash, our waitress had an attitude, throwing the plates in the table. My mothers food was burned & hard like a rock, my brother’s food tasted like nothing, my aunts food was very spicy when she ordered mild. I ordered a chicken Alfredo with broccoli & my broccoli was over cooked. She took 10 minutes to bring us the appetizer including our drinks. & she also brought our appetizers & dinner all at once. The waitress kept on talking to her friends & not paying attention to her job, NEVER AGAIN

Went there for my daughter's bday. Absolute horrible experience. Manager Jonathan compted some items for the check but never came back to our table to check on how things were after many issues we experienced. Our waitress Melanie was wonderful. She did an amazing job trying to make things right even though she had nothing to do with the issues. Not only was it my daughter's 22nd bday but she is also almost 8 months pregnant with very little time to go out until becoming a Mom.

Visited after a while and it seemed their menu had shrunk a bit. Might be a pandemic thing. But the food quality was great, server was courteous. There was a wait due to table spacing but that's par for the course right now.

It's bad enough to put up with MA governer and his totalitarian rules, but Applebees rules even top this. Apparently adults cannot be trusted in this state to make their own decisions.The server indicated the folliwing:Applebees will NOT let me enjoy a cocktail while I wait for my to go order. They are worried I will drink and drive. I walked 500 feet from the hotel to the restaurant.But they will give me a drink TO GO!Does this make sense? I can drink the to go drink in the car while driving.NO
