Warning! I was at the Holyoke Mall Charley's, about 3 weeks ago. I sent pictures of my sandwich to Coperate and still haven't heard back from anyone. The service was not bad or good. I was looking to get something to eat. However, I was almost done with my large sandwich and bit into the other half, and that's when I had hair in my mouth. I spit it out and turned on the light in my car. To my surprise, what I thought was a string of hair turned out to be a lot of hair. Very disappointed!

I used to like the food here but now they have knuckleheads for cooks and the food they serve is disgusting. A homeless person came up to me to ask for money for something to eat and I gave them my food. I actually feel terrible right now for giving them such slop. Best part about it was it cost me 17 dollars. Never again and I would caution you against going.

Had combo #6 chicken and also the new cheese steak. The food was average. However, the price was high for such a basic sub. There are better food options at this mall for the price.

This is the first time I have gone here but I will tell you it was excellent. The food was hot and delicious and the fries were crispy and yummy. The only reason I gave the atmosphere 2 stars is because this place is in the food court of the Holyoke mall.

For a small little fast food sub shop, that is a "booth" in the mall, not much atmosphere to talk about. The series has always been great every time I've gone there. I love their steak and cheese subs hands down my favorite!
