The whole lobby was dirty, they didn’t have white rice or black beans and we had to wait for queso.. also the chips weren’t seasoned and we didn’t get a full portion of them.. the queso was cold even though we had to wait for them to bring our fresh queso… one of the workers was sitting in the lobby on break and when they clocked back in they didn’t even try to clean up the dirty dining tables (I feel like they had to have seen them?? Chipotle used to be so good.. lately they all always disappoint

Expensive, food non eventful . A burrito for a salad with a soda is going to run you around 15 to $18. Definitely not worth it. Portion sizes. Not that great, especially on the salad. There's nothing given with a burrito. Nachos or extra and they were so small. It was an embarrassment.

Hate to give anywhere a bad review, but this was absolutely the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in, no exaggeration. I wanted to walk out but we aren’t from the area, it was getting late, and had two very hungry kids. Every table was filthy, all of the chairs had food on them, the garbage was overflowing….the bins the hot food were in at the counter looked like they hadn’t been changed and cleaned in a long time. No one seemed to care at all. Really gross!

I do not know what is wrong with the chipotles in Western mass but for some reason every time I walk in and order a burrito without failure, they wrap it incorrectly and give me another rap and then the whole thing stalls apart. Horrible experience needs to be fixed immediately extremely upset. It is not rocket science to roll up a burrito. I’ve seen them do it at numerous chipotles, but for some reason they can’t get it right in western mass.
Worst chipotle of all of them. Runs out of everything by 7 o’clock at night will not restock! Total joke.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Mobile ordered to this chipotle and once we walked in we knew it was a mistake. The place was a MESS. Trash everywhere in the kitchen, food all over the tables and not only were the employees very rude but they also had NOTHING there. We ordered 2.5 hours before their close time and after we place the order and go there to pick it up they decide to tell us they have nothing on the cold part and no tortillas or chicken. Then we asked for a refund and they rudely told us they cannot do that and needed to call 1-800-CHIPOLTE. Never going to this chipolte again and please save yourself from the headache.
