The most unfoodlike substance I’ve purchased in a long time, this was my first experience of this product and beyond never again I’d happily take part in destroying the franchise. Tough, insipid parbaked dough, smeared with chemical tasting cinnamon and a suspicious white effluvium, beyond sweet it left a chemical taste in the mouth. The owner’s most obvious wish was that I leave a tip (I picked a box up off the counter) and then made himself scarce with almost unbelievable rapidity. Possibly he didn’t want to take any responsibility for my response to the product. I don’t understand how this was ever popular though I realize that was along time ago, maybe before we had nice things?

The staff is so unprofessional, they do not understand what customers are trying to say. The manager specifically will talk about the customers behind their back in what I am assuming is Spanish. There were several hairs found in a Cinnabon I for one had that encounter where there was a hair in one of the big Cinnabon's which is just disgusting. They are just plain rude and disrespectful!! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The Cinnabon's sometimes are not cooked thoroughly either just plain nasty Mrs. Fields is 10x better than this place. The workers look miserable and overworked.

The girl behind the counter was taking a personal call on her cell phone and using foul language to whoever she was talking to. She wasn't paying attention to the fact that she bagged my mini-rolls the wrong way and they ended up squished together.
The staff is always pleasant and they have plenty of Cinnabons made up so the wait time is very short. These cinnabons are absolutely heavenly. I have to get a box with extra frosting every time we go to the mall. Sooooo worth the calories!!!!

Jewel that worked 2-23-21 and her co workers went above and beyond this evening 100% customer service with a smile!!!She is an amazing employee!!We went not knowing they were closed but they were baking and cleaning and they still offered to help and ring us up for a few boxes!! She totally could had said no were closed but she went the extra mile and said no problem I will help and made my friend so happy after driving a bit and stopping in just to get a Cinnabon!
