Went inside to have a coffee after blood work and before dentist appt. Wow! Seen car line so thought I'll go inside relax before appt. The ladies inside arguing, voices loud something about not making the wrapping right on a sandwich. The other one screaming about why can't you say my name. OMG ? wanted to walk out. But needed my coffee since i had to fast for the blood work. Definitely need some management help in there.. been here before will stick with drive thru or avoid completely...

This had to be the worst place I have ever been the employees were yelling and swearing I stood in line for 7 minutes before anyone even know I was there because of the women yelling swears til one of them noticed I was there and another customer was to by then it was a very unpleasant visit she made it clear that she hated her job and didn't care about the way she was acting not even a sorry I got an attitude from her like I was an inconvenience for her I won't be back there again not with those types of people ruined my whole day ???

Waited 7 minutes to make an order with a car that had already been waiting. The speaker you can barely hear out of to begin with I asked if they had the pink velvet macchiato I was told yes we have that. Continued my order waited another 5 minutes for my drink for it to not be what I ordered, told him and he replied back saying oh we don’t have that. I thought you said a regular macchiato….he offered to put something in it but I was already on a time restraint and annoyed so I declined. I wish I had asked for a refund because I didn’t even like or drink the macchiato.

Thank you Karmen with a K for your professionalism and attending to customers in timely matter. It is 1:59 Wednesday 12/6/2023 and everyone working at this time ignores the customers at the front except Miss Karmen with a K. I even notified the people working in the back and everyone ignored me but Karmen. I’m a full time law student so time is of the essence. This location is lucky they have Karmen because it would have been one star if it wasn’t for Karmen.
