I'm not sure why your website says you open at 11 am. on a Thursday, and when people call in, you tell them 4 pm. Then, when they reference the website, you hang up on them.

I really appreciate this pace. Actually avoided it for a while due to the prices, but glad I finally tried it a couple months ago. They really seem to put care into their creations and ingredients of their pizzas.I've always done pick up and would recommend so it's hot. The crust is veryyy good but best when fresh. Also love the prices on their desserts in the case!I've tried pepperoni, crime scene, and a white pizza... Loved all! We also tried a Sicilian which we enjoyed as well but is very hefty and only for rare occasion of craving that kinda heft.Also, they've got some higher quality Italian items for sale which is always great.

Hands down the best pizza in Holyoke! Joe is a super nice guy who makes a point to know your name. I've never been disappointed by anything I've ever ordered and my wife absolutely loves the cauliflower crust pizza!
daughter went in there for a turkey grinder. was shamed and said "we don't do turkey" IMHO that's messed up. also this review forces you to recommend things you did not order.Dietary restrictions: wanted turkey, staff was mean and verbal about not offering turkey, yet they sell chicken.

I got the Roni and sweet potato fries with cheese. I had delivery and I think they need better packaging or something. Pizza was a bit hard and cheese was cold. Fries were great! My bf likes his pizza with crunch. I might give them another chance by dining in but I’m not sure because the pizza is expensive. I won’t be eating any more slices of the pizza I ordered.

Amazing meatball sub. Will return.Must redo after 2 years. The pepperoni pizza is $$ 28 for a large. I was suspicious when I first got it. I loved it and I have continued to buy this pizza for 2 years. It is my favorite and the best in town. Fat tomato also has an excellent selection of to-go dishes for $12; two chicken Parm filets for that price is a great deal. And there are desserts for $5. Don't sleep on this gem. The pizza is cooked to perfection and reheats in the toaster like a dream.

Incredible - can't believe I'm still in MA- pizza. I can't get good pizza in the hill towns, and usually wait until I'm in New Haven to get my craving. Fat Tomato was a lucky find. And the tiramisu was top notch. Owner/Baker super nice and will return whenever I'm in vicinity to make my errands worth-it. Thank you!

Called at 11 when they opened on a Saturday. Was told the oven wasn't warm and to call back in 20 minutes. 1120 rolls around and I call back to place an order and the owner starts swearing at me for calling too early and is very rude. I told him nevermind, we'll order elsewhere after his rude comments and hang up. Shortly after hanging up I get a call back from the owner even more enraged. Allegedly, there may be some kind of Napoleon Complex going on with this guy, as his rude comments and physical threats towards me were completely out of the blue. I put it on speaker phone to let everyone at work listen to how out of hand this guy is. Fortunately I've had his pizza before, and its decent for Western, MA. However, in my opinion it is not good enough to deal with the owner's shortcomings and customer service skills.

This is a great neighborhood pizza joint with NY style pizza. Unlike everywhere else in Holyoke. High end ingredients. Sit at a small table or take out. I almost cried when I saw how beautiful the Wise Guy pizza looked and tasted. Also there are premade entrees that you can grab to take home. And one generous house salad that can easily feed 4. Only drawback is sometimes closed with no real explanation or signage, so call before you drive by.

I have never had such a delicious piece of pizza in my life. The red sauce tastes like it was just made. You can actually taste how fresh it is. The crust is perfect.
