I met holyoke hummus at the farmers market in Northampton. Where l bought some of their hummus. I am now addicted. It is the best hummus l have ever had. They also sell grape leaves ,chips, and other delights. I highly recommend.

The food is super good, but they take cash with the same hands that they make food with. No gloves or hand sanitizer between payment and food prep. I know this is tricky in a food truck.

Just had their falafel pita pocket at the One Roof festival at Look Park- and it's delicious. Closest I've found to the pockets I've had on the streets in Israel. Delicious and looking forward to the next time!

The manager ripped people off left right and center at the Hadley Asparagus Festival. The $12 falafel sandwiches were very sparse, but the $11 "Fried Asparagus" took the cake. A few skinny soggy spears, no battering, no tahini sauce. The staff knew they were taking orders for items that were not as advertised, and refused to refund. Many fairgoers were very disappointed. Holyoke Hummus, you should be ashamed.

Sorry but $12 for a falafel sandwich on an ice-cold pita just doesn't cut it! As a vegetarian, I'm always excited about falafel but I think a little extra forethought to build a way to warm up the pita bread is not asking for a lot. If they do it in NY in a mere falafel stand (the kind with a metal cart and umbrella, they can do it here in a food truck or restaurant.

Omg I love Hummus so much! Sometimes it might be a bit overpriced from the food cart--but the taste! Just something about it!

I hadn't been here in a while, or many other places really. Stopped by to get lunch a few days ago and I am still blown away by how great the food is here. The hummus wrap was so refreshing but I think you would find that all the food here is that way. Definitely worth the trip and definitely worth repeat visits!

So many investors are afraid and confused seeing different testimonies, different managers and still yet they lose their money in the hands of scammers. My advice to everyone is that you should be careful. I was lucky to meet Mrs Taisha Carson whom i trust and believe and you can trade with her and get your profit without stress

Very good food especially for a vegan. I was at a music festival yesterday and ordered the hummus plate and fried cauliflower. Everything was delicious. The only thing I need would change is order less food. It was so good I ate it all!!!!

Very bland and not flavorful hummus- for a place with "hummus" in the name I expect better. Pita bread is more like lavash than pita - thin and dry.But staff was friendly and it appeared clean.

Amazing falafel, super friendly service, and a very open and obviously clean and well maintained food cart. Holyoke hummus gets an 11/10 from me hands down.
