The price is fair, the waiting time is decent. The food taste pretty good. But please fix the Honey Biscuits! They are so dry and they don’t have biscuits. They offered me “Honey Butter”, which I think is misleading taking into consideration the ingredients and it was frozen solid! Honey High Syrup is more accurate.

Okay so I can understand the need to get the drive through line moving. But when there isn't anyone behind me I don't understand being rushed, rudely I might add by the woman taking our order. Not only did we kindly ask her to give us a moment while we looked at the menu once ready she rudely asked "is that it?".

I ordered two combos with a Mac and cheese wrap and a side of coleslaw. They gave me a “coleslaw wrap” just chicken, two pickle and spicy sauce and charge me for an extra Mac and cheese.

I walk in with an order containing multiple different items, and they tell me "we're all out of chicken." I ask, what do you have? They said nothing. KFC doesn't have chicken?!? Come to find out this is a regular thing at this location? Also keep in mind this was a couple hours before closing. What is up with the people that run this place?!? Matter of fact, how was the owner of this location even able to make it to opening a kfc, because if you're stupid enough to regularly run a kfc without chicken and keep it open, how the heck did you get the net worth required to operate a kfc, or any fast food place? At least the employees were nice lol.

First of all, I waited 25 minutes to get my food after ordering & paying for it- but it's supposed to be "fast food". Secondly, the quality of KFC has drastically declined since the fake COVID started ruining this world. Thirdly, they were out of some items that I ordered & payed for- so instead I got substitutes that I didn't want but had to get because I am a diabetic & needed to eat. Fourth, the "nuggets" that KFC uses now instead of the "popcorn" chicken totally suck. Probably won't be eating at KFC much anymore- and definitely NEVER again at the Holyoke MA location.

Went to drive thru my order was wrong I asked for mashed with gravy and I got French fries instead. I had to wait 10 minutes for drive thru after I paid I could see in window my order was in the bag but. The employee were just a t standing there talking while I was waiting got my food.

This place is trash. We ordered on the KFC website and paid $40 for the stupid meal; my boyfriend shows up later and some rude lady said “we’re out of chicken” And they have nothing to do with the online service. FIX THIS?! How can you place an order and have someone show up to get it - if KFC is out of chicken you may want to close the doors… they’re open another hour and a half, no one is getting chicken? This is ridiculous. On hold with the number to KFC for 20 minutes with no answer, sent an email, nothing. Someone will contact me? Just refund me; please?!

Staff is slow and rude, this is my third and final time coming here. Recommend making the drive to Chicopee instead.Here is my latest experience:Ordered through online app, get notice that my food will be available at 5:39p. Arrive at 5:45p, food hasn't been started. Staff is ignoring the front desk line, only doing drive thru orders. 7 minutes later, staff member finally comes up front and starts taking orders. Ask for my food, takes another 8 minutes to get it, missing an item. I let a different staff member know, she rolls her eyes at me and gets the missing item. Finally get out of there at 6:03p, 24 minutes after my food was supposedly ready.

We tried to order a ten piece chicken meal and we only like dark meat mainly thighs and they said they can’t do that so we went with Popeyes instead and they did it for us. I just don’t get why give us a hard time about the kind of chicken us customers want.
