“Can't go wrong with the falafel or combo pocket! Food is always excellent. Unfortunately, several times recently I've tried to dine at the Easthampton location and they have been closed, despite signage stating their hours of operation. Service at the Northampton location has always been lovely, but I have found staff very impersonal at the Easthampton location, I think mostly just due to how busy they are and how hard they are working. I hope to be able to visit again soon when open!“
“Wherever I travel I seek out local family businesses and food experiences. Pita Pockets is my favorite falafal of many I've tried over many miles. Every time I come to NoHo I stop here at least once or twice on a weekend trip. The flavors are unique, the vegan falafals are generous in serving and best of all the people behind the counter serve up a smile and advice on how to build your falafal! I just have to remember you can't put a tip on the credit card so from now on it is cash only to take care of people that take care of me! YUM!“
“This is one of my favorite restaurants! The food and staff is perfect. The ambiance has been really improved also. We take our family of two young boys, my wife and I fairly regularly. I enjoy the kebab plates, my young boys love the burgers and lahmacun. I've enjoyed almost everything on the menu, my favorites are the salmon kebab, the mixed grill, grape leaves, hyadari and pretty much all of the desserts! I love the baklava and Kunefe! There is nothing bad on the menu, the people are great and it is clean and well kept! Don't forget to get some tea or coffee! Saturdays can be really busy.“

The quality of the food is great, the handlade hookah is amazing, Marwan is always caring about every guest and always listen to all concern & when you ask him for a good food surprise, it is always a 5 star service.As a European, we have different standard, I found it hard to find a good hookah & a good restaurant, this place combine both. “My partner and I passed through Springfield a few months ago and stumbled upon this lovely spot, the falafel was the best that both of us had ever tasted and we haven't stopped reminiscing on it. We came back last week and were greeted with such a warm welcome! The man at the window recognized us from our first time there and we had a lovely moment telling him how much we loved the food! Very kind people and such delicious and flavorful falafel and pita!“
“I hadn't been here in a while, or many other places really. Stopped by to get lunch a few days ago and I am still blown away by how great the food is here. The hummus wrap was so refreshing but I think you would find that all the food here is that way. Definitely worth the trip and definitely worth repeat visits!“
