Amazing to have your cravings met with fabulous options for those us whom have dietary restrictions! I adore the Pizza, the Subs, and the pasta! Imagine not having a sub for years bc no one had a Gluten Free Sub roll...until...Pizza D' Action showed up in my search for gf/df pizza etc! Thank God!!! Will be a patron for as long as I'm in the area! The new management and staff are wonderful so happy to see this place thriving! I enjoyed the customer service, cleanliness, and calming atmosphere/vibe. Super quiet and relaxing while enjoying your meal. The owner made sure to come out and greet us and deliver our food to the table as well. Overall, it was a great experience.Kid-friendliness: Great space to ge with family whi hace little ones. It's clean and has a few gaming machines. The owners were so nice to offer my kiddos a lollipop on the way out

Update: 02/23/2024Holyoke’s finest pizza has new ownership and the previous owners should be proud. Myself, my husband, and our toddler had the privilege of speaking with the new owner who was very kind. The service was great and the restaurant still retains a very child/family friendly atmosphere. The vegan selections are excellent and they still have many. We enjoyed a wild tofu combo pizza and some delicious pasta. The pizza was truly out of this world. We can’t wait to come back.I have dedicated my time to finding the perfect local pizza place and I think we can all agree, if you are looking for a aesthetically pleasing atmosphere with great pizza, Pizza D'action is the place to go. The pizza has tasteful fresh ingredients with every bite. Holyoke's finest pizza.

The service was very good. The brought our pizza over to the table and brought us garlic and parmesan garlic shakers that were good added touches to the pizza. Love that the regular pizza crust is on the thicker side with a delicious fermented kind of taste to it. Like it was given time to rise at room temperature. We also got gluten free pizzas. They too were delicious. I will say, though, one of them was supposed to be Buffalo chicken. My husband said it was really hard to tell if it was Buffalo chicken or if they accidentally made BBQ chicken instead bc there was a sweetness to it but also a slight spiciness as well. Either way, he and my son said it was good. The Gluten Free meet lover was also very good. They tried each others and couldn't decide which they preferred they were both very good but different.

It's awesome to be able to order a wrap with vegan chicken, even better that it was delicious! New management are super friendly. Deliveries are always prompt and very nice and courteous. Ordered the salad which was very inexpensive and fully loaded. Had some in salad style and was able to make wraps with it. Lol That’s how packed, HUGE and delicious it was.
Tonight we ordered for the first time it was a pick up order. When I got home I noticed my pizza had a topping I asked to not have on it. I decided to call to let them know about the mistake and they had the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! She was so sorry that happened and asked if she could have a new pizza delivered I said sure. When the pizza was delivered it was the owner himself! He also was so sorry and told the cooks he himself will make a new and deliver it! I ordered the pesto pizza and it is now my favorite pizza and will definitely be ordering again! Thank you for your fantastic customer service and fantastic food!
