Normally based on my experience I take the Phantom's reviews of a pinch of salt because I've been disappointed the last couple times with other places, but this place definitely lives up to its reputation. I’ve mentioned this to an employee, and they said I should order an espresso shot, but did not notice that I did, and always do. It’s really a bummer because it’s so disappointing to see a milky drink and the ratio is off completely. It wasn’t bothering me the first few times but now it’s super frustrating and I think I’m going to stop coming here in the mornings. The people are lovely and it does seem like they are just overwhelmed with the amount of drinks coming in.
