Best Starbucks drink by far in the area.They make the best matcha green tea latte with exact instructions I put in my order. No skimping on the powder or leave room in my Venti latte. One of the barista who made my drink always gets it right. Her name is Meg! She is awesome! The service is always excellent and lots of seating indoor/outdoor. This is definitely my go to spot!

The Price Chopper Starbucks in Hopkinton. Let me preface this by saying this review is ONLY for my last visit there. I was a bit stunned because every other visit was great but, Johnny decided that flirting/talking with a co-worker that was on break was more important than waiting on me and my wife. When he finally decided to come over I asked him if he was all set, then I got the pouty faced attitude. Shape up Johnny, it's not all about you. Work on your customer service skills. it'll help you in future jobs and in life in general.

Took 30 minutes for one drink and sandwich. We ordered via the app. Terrible!
I placed a mobile order and arrived one minute after it was supposed to be ready. When I walked in there was no one in line to order and no one waiting for any orders. There were seven employees behind the counter yet it took over three minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there and waiting and to come help me. My order had been ready the whole time. I mentioned this to the employee who gave me my order and said it was a little ridiculous that they had seven people, three of them were sitting doing nothing but talking to each other and no one could assist me previously. All she had to say was OK with no apology. I will never come back to this location and will give the Dunkin' a few doors down any future orders.

Terrible parking situation. The lot is small and you must back out of each spot. This wouldn't be a problem if there was ample room but that's not the case. Why Starbucks decided to put a store here when they could be across the street with plenty of parking is unknown. The employees are polite enough. One drink was correct. The other not so much. I expect more from Starbucks when paying $6 for a coffee.
