Met a friend on a Wednesday night for the martini and burger special. Love that they have old school reruns and painter Bob Ross reruns on the TVs. All the seats are high-tops with booths and bar areas. Server/Bartender was super helpful and nice when choosing the drinks and burgers. Burger was solid and the drinks were tasty! Street parking out in front.

The music is loud like a club setting but it doesn't match the vibes. For being a martini bar, the selections are not that interesting and very sweet. My drink was good but my wife's was mostly alcohol with no flavor. We paid $9 for some sad fries that took a long time for some reason. Overpriced and not really great. I saw a table laugh out loud at a guy that came in by himself. Just really weird vibes and not very friendly.

Been going here for the last year of so. Chef Cindy is amazing. I've had everything from the burgers, steak and cheese egg rolls, soups, escargot, beef wellington and more - and every time, it hits!! The menu rotates throughout the year and it's nice to have new tastes along with the standard classics!I'm not a big drinker but the drinks I've had are great! There are different theme nights for different atmospheres: Live band thursday, Karaoke Fridays and they even host some different events like candle making. It's a great social spot in Hudson and a great place to dine!

The cocktails are interesting and well made. We had tapas we all shared and each one was real good. Service was excellent. Nice place ..limited tables and no reservations. They have live music as well. Parking is easy

Perhaps my expectations were off but when I think of a martini bar, I think of a sophisticated, intimate place to grab a high-quality drink. We came here with another couple hoping to get a nightcap after dinner. When we walked in, a child (maybe 10 years old) asked us how many and seated us. There were many children around, playing at tables and on the floor. They had a live band playing rock music that was so loud we couldn't have a conversation. My ears were ringing. The drinks weren't great. When we were ready to leave, the child came back and took our payment and gave us our receipt. Perhaps if they change their name to Amaia Rock Bar & Daycare, customers will know what they're getting into.

The martinis were average. Food was below average. We got pasta that was salty like drinking from an ocean. Sent it back and asked for the check and still got charged for the entire plate of pasta that we had one bite of and couldn't eat more than that. Thwy didn't ev2n care to ask how the food was and what they could do to addressthe issue. Not coming back.

Had a couples night at Amaia which was surprisingly not that great. We had several of the cocktails and most were not that good. The Bacon Old Fashioned had hardly any bacon to it and it was super sweet. And I love Old Fashioneds. The tapas were decent but some were also not orderable again. I would get the egg rolls and dry rub wings again. Unfortunately with all the options the area, I'll probably not go here again.

I love this place. The music is always very energizing, as are their martinis. Crowd tends to be in the 20-30yr old range and it is hard to find seating at the bar but hopefully the music will keep you shaking your body that you won't want to sit down

The food was good, with some different types of food. Great selection of drinks... Espresso martini was excellent.... And the basic drinks were good too.
