WOW!!! What a great meal! We got the Chive Dumplings, Coconut Hudson Special, and the Khao Soi. The flavors are outstanding and prices very reasonable. Looks like they do a big takeout business, too. Amazing to find great food in a nice, casual place. We'll be back again and again!
So Coconut Rice Thai in Hudson was pretty amazing tonight. It was our first visit. I honestly had no idea it was there. It's located near downtown minus the traffic. We had the Crab Rangoons, Fiery Pad Thai and the Coconut Rice Hudson special. ALL 10/10. The service was excellent as well! The indoor seating was great. It was super toasty on a chilly day. I will be back again soon!

I got their wonton soup, sticky rice, and pad thai delivered and wasn't a huge fan of the pad thai:( It had an "off" taste to it but the sticky rice and soup were good!
