I went here as a last minute option for my son's first birthday cake as some other bakeries fell threw. And I'm so glad that i did. The theme was cookie monster and they had a cute one on their website so I ordered it for pick up. Very nice atmosphere inside, pleasant service, and the cake was even better looking in person. They absolutely nailed it. Also tasted so, so good. I order these wonderful treats to be shipped every year for the holidays. We have also enjoyed party trays and custom cakes that are absolutely beautiful and delicious. Sue and the folks working here couldn't be more pleasant and helpful. They are our "go to" bakery for all occasions.

We discovered Harvard Sweet Boutique in 2022 by getting one of their carrot cakes for Easter. The way me and my fiancé's jaw dropped when we tried it!!! Not only is it the best carrot cake we have ever had, it is the best cake we have had PERIOD. We pick up slices of it at the Horseshoe Pub (across the parking lot from them) pretty often. You will not be dissapointed if yoy try their cakes and desserts!

I'm very disappointed in what I received as it was not what I requested/specified, as well as the poor customer service to remedy the issue. I had to make multiple attempts at communication, sometimes not receiving any response. Beware if you order over the phone that you will receive what you requested. My order was not the right colors (for a girl baby shower) and lacked the details in the pictures on their website. If their customer service was adequate (even a partial refund would have sufficed), I would not be writing this review. I guess you take your chances with this bakery.

The best yummies in our part of Central Mass! I have been eating my way through Harvard Sweet Boutiques cookies, cakes, scones, muffins, whoopie pies, fudge, brownies, cupcakes, fruit tarts, cinnamon everything ( yum) I can't honestly describe all of what they make, they make it right on site!! Exceptional service, appearance, and taste! The floral cupcakes that we easily ordered online were ready precisely on time, the looked gorgeous (even better than the Website photo), and they tasted even better. We ordered an assortment of vanilla, funfetti, and chocolate. They were also very reasonably priced. The cupcakes were absolutely the hit of my daughter's bridal shower. I would use them again in an instant and highly recommend them!
