I’m furious. being unable to customize your sandwich at Jersey Mike's because their app won't let you add toppings is just plain annoying. It's 2024; you'd think they'd have sorted out such a basic feature by now. It's like they're stuck in the past. When you're craving that perfect sub with all your favorite extras and the app throws a wrench in your plans, it's enough to sour your mood. It's not just about the toppings – it's the principle of the thing. You want control over what you're eating, and when technology fails at something so simple, it's infuriating. I deserve better.

Jersey Mike's is a great option for a quick and delicious sub. While they may not offer the most extensive variety of options, their steak sub is particularly noteworthy and has consistently impressed me over the course of my visits.One area where Jersey Mike's could improve is in the variety of cheese selections and the lack of toasted subs. However, despite these minor drawbacks, I would still highly recommend Jersey Mike's for a satisfying and enjoyable sub experience.Vegetarian options: Veggie sub

It’s not the store… it’s the APP!I tried to order on the app and it sent me in circles. I was unable to put my order in and was forced to call instead. This is not the first time this has happened. Please please fix the damn APP! I beg you.

I don't know why all of these reviews are so negative. I've never had a bad experience, and I'm here fairly often. Subs are delicious (much better than the nearby subway), and the employees are always friendly.

Manager was very rude, refused to add mushrooms to the veggie sub, this has never been a problem before, when I simply asked why he refused to answer and shook his head and said we don't add them to cold subs, I see how why this location has a 2.7 star rating, it's well deserved, I placed an order at another location and they were baffled and said it was not a problem and offered to grill them for my wife on her veggie cold sub

Honestly faster to drive by this location and pick up in Marlborough. Last time took more than 50 minutes to get my food on a weekday at 5:20pm. Hopefully they figure it out, but I won’t be back for a long time. Sandwiches were fine when I got them but not as good as other locations.

I’m originally from NJ so Jersey Mikes has always been a happy place for me. However, the manager at this location is so mean. He is rude to customers and so mean to his employees. He shows his frustration in front of customers and is overall very unprofessional. Today a group of monks entered the store and when they lined up in the wrong place he rolled his eyes and was so mean—to monks!!! I feel badly for the workers

Restaurant was clean. The person who took our order was really short with us, borderline rude, but whatever. Neither sun was very good. Doubtful we will return.

This was our third time at this location first 2 were great but this one we walked in about 845 pm to get two cold subs, two gentlemen were working and they seemed to be very upset that we came in so close to closing. Had said that they hope we were getting colde subs. Ordered a number 8 and 13. They had to put slicer back together to slice our meats for the subs and when he was finished one of our subs were on the counter and he sprayed cleaner on the slicer and our food was sitting right next to it! Not very pleasant. Had to keep repeating our entire order as one of the gentleman I don’t think understands or spoke English. The number 8 comes with bacon and he was already wrapping the sub and we had to tell him three times he forget the bacon. The eye rolls, the comment about ordering cold subs and the spraying of chemicals with food present is very unprofessional and not very sanitary.If you close at 9 you shouldn’t be upset if paying customers enter the establishment at 845. We even left $6 tip

Did the math twice. Do they add gratuity to the bill? Been ripped off twice now at the register if they don't add gratuity on there own, and never knew about it. Funny also how they won't give me the receipt. Also noticed proportions reducing and ordered a chipotle steak and received the original. Honestly the worst Jersey Mike's location I have had the misfortune of visiting. I think I will stick with occasionally hitting the one in Keene and elsewhere. A few months ago it was great but the last three visits weren't good.
