My review is split and here’s how:Restaurant Service- 1⭐️ : I put a delivery order in through the KFC app. The order was delivered and missing a 12-piece nugget. My husband called the restaurant 11 times, and left a voicemail including the order number and issue.Deliver Driver (from Door Dash) 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (but really a 10/10!!) Our dash driver stayed in contact with us and went back to the restaurant himself and handled the problem and then returned with a hot 12 piece nugget. 10/10 to Luiz - we can’t review him in dash because we didn’t use the dash app but he deserves a review!!!Yes, the restaurant replaced missing nuggets, and they were hot and delicious, BUT without our dasher physically going back to the restaurant to make the problem known, and ask for the food, the restaurant never would have known there was a problem with the order.

Get people on the head phones to talk right and not foreign language and when you order a $20 fill up it shouldn’t be up on the menu and then tell you that you have to go online to order it all together it sucks now nothing like it was when I was growing up get to the window and then the person says we don’t have that close the place down if you don’t have enough food

I'm pretty sure I ordered a 5pc chicken tender meal and I only got 3 pieces. After a day long work it would be nice to have the right stuff for my meal. On top of that I never got a receipt so I cant even look to see what they put down. I also asked for Fries instead and got exactly what I didn't want...

As a customer in there tonight picking up an order to deliver, what the manager did to the employee by grabbing her by the arm and walking her outside was HIGHLY inappropriate. If you have an issue wth that employees, you do that in the office not in front of customers for all to see abs embarass her. Don't ever put your hands on someone that way. I'll make sure corporate is aware of this!! And to the young lady, I'm sorry they treated you that way. There's a job available for you if you have a car ( no not at another kfc/taco bell). I'll post this on the Hudson page and if you see it, please reach out to me. You deserve better.
Ordered ahead of time, online, to pick up Dinner for my son's birthday. Husband got there right on time and they insisted they did not have the order, despite showing them the order and the charge on my credit card. My husband had to argue with the staff to get them to make it, then suddenly they found the order. By the time the order was ready, we were running 30 minutes behind. When my husband got home, the restaurant is 40 minutes away, we realized they hadn't given us half the order. We tried to call for several days and no one will answer the phone. They're 800 number for corporate is also not being answered. I filled out the contact us form on the website and sent that and still have not heard anything. also, the cherry on top most of us were sick after eating the chicken. So disgusted.

I ordered chicken tenders with macaroni and cheese and a biscuit. The chicken was ok. The biscuit was awful. It was very dry and had no taste. The macaroni and cheese made me sick. I took a few bites, and the taste was off. I will never go there again.
