Love the broccoli cheddar soup! I always get a stomachache after it, but it tastes really good. I also love a toasted baguette with butter! It'd be nice if the people yelled out the names for the orders, but it's not a big issue.

The food and staff are great. The dining area is clean. However, they sweep the floor around people who are eating. Dust and dirt flying while people are eating. Sweeping the floor is good but gently and don’t let the dust fly. This happens every time we visit this particular branch. God bless you all!
The portions are embarrassingly small, also the food is cold and smells like death. The workers like to do cartwheels in the kitchen while i starve to death waiting to acquire my food. The bathrooms are discusting, looks like someone could have perhaps stink bombed it. 1 star for atmosphere and food, but 5 stars for the eye candy worker I like to call Rick. So handsome, and so Devine, I only eat when he’s there so I always get dinner with a show?

Panera High Ups- your kiosks don't work if you have no people to work. Waiting 5 minutes for a single pastry and not seeing a single soul is horrifying. No wonder why people have been laid off left and right from your locations. Shame on you.

I normally really like this place but I've just had an awful experience that felt really unwarranted. I'm always very polite when I call about an issue like this, so I don't know what I did do deserve this rudeness. I had ordered delivery from this location and when I went outside to get it, it was nowhere to be found. I called them about it and they said someone from Doordash would call me about it. I waited 30 minutes, no calls from anyone. So I called Panera back again and the man I spoke to was extremely rude and combative, and refused to help me. So I called the Doordash customer service team, and they called Panera back on my behalf to ask them to redeliver the order. THEY REFUSED. Outright refused. So now I need to wait up to 10 business days for a refund, and I have no food. I just wanted some lunch... don't understand why it had to go down this way.

I was pleased. Even though our buzzer never buzzed, the young man saw our food and was coming to notify us. He was very pleasant. Top notch actually.The men's bathroom on the other hand... Yikes! There was lots of paper towels, but it smelled a little bit more than I thought it should. But the worst was the sink was clogged.
