THAT ONE STAR MEAN 0 I place an other on the store website deliver with DoorDash for 52.75$ the DoorDash deliver the wrong name I called them they ask me to call DoorDash when I call DoorDash the ask them if they can redeliver remake the food they said no the DoorDash explained to me they issue a refund to the store so the store can refund me since I place the oder on from QDOBA WEBSITE LISTEN LISTEN A Spanish girl was on the phone with me screaming that she cannot make the food back I said well DoorDash refunded you so you can send the refund to me she said no she cannot there were another Spanish In the back screaming thinking I do not understand Spanish calling me all kind of name she was saying I am a liar I am working from home I was so hungry counting on my food I ate from 6:30 am now to hear the 2 of them screaming at me hmmm I call DoorDash back DoorDash they put her on the phone listen she said the store manager will call me for my refund they only money I had on my account cannot buy another food my co-worker told me how rude and how much they do not care at QDOBA I did not believe her I Learn my lesson today trust me.

It was around an hour or so before close and I had just got out of the ER for medical issues. Nothing else was open at the time so I thought, why not. As I approached the register the dining room was closed and only two people had been working. The woman behind the counter was either mopping or sweeping but that's beside the point. She threw down her broom/mop walked up to the register and the first thing she said to me was "what do you want." I got really thrown off by this, lost my focus on what I wanted and couldn't help but stumble over my words. Personally I had it only once before years prior. I would have walked out if I knew other places were open. I work next door at crumbl.. i know what its like when you're busy and have to go to the register. I also know what its like to rely on tips as well, i usually give a somewhat generous one when i can afford it. I'm not tipping someone who took out their frustration on me in an obvious, passive aggressive manner. Not to mention my cousin ordered ice tea and received sludge?? Absolutely nasty.I won't be returning.

When you have employees literally rolling their eyes at customer questions and making you seem like you’re an inconvenience for giving them your money there’s a problem.Food is AMAZING and the atmosphere is lovely but the staffs attitude and rudeness will ensure I never return to this location. I recommend you do the same to save yourself the frustration.Management needs to address the disrespect coming from their employees.

Edit: Customer service was excellent after hearing my review. Overall, I will be back.The food and price are great, but they don't turn the heat on here. It's 32 degrees outside and it's 32 degrees inside the store. It's been like this for at least a couple weeks. Can't enjoy sitting down to eat during my break.

The food is really good. The service is terrible. The workers there clearly hate being there. I almost want to apologize to them for ordering food there. I want to ask if they hate me. They make you feel rushed. If I had better options near me I wouldn’t go. But the food is good.

The food was average but I was disappointed that they didn't have any of the edible bowls. The cashier was fair but didn't even try to sell us drinks. The ice tea containers at the drink stand weren't assembled so no ice tea. The floor around the drink area was incrediblely sticky and many of the tables in the dining area were broken and laying on their sides. This was the first and last time for eating at this location. We were in town for an event so we'll just stick to the location near home.
Place was clean. Order was accurate although I had to correct the cashier several times. I don't like the new sweet and spicy chicken.

The eating tables are good and they also have some outdoor tables. The food is pretty bland when compared to Moe's. It was also a bit pricey for basic food.Vegetarian options: They only have beans and impossible meat for vegetarians. Would have been nice to see some tofu

The rudest and worse encounter ordering food. She was rude from the start "what do you want" To being on her phone with her earbuds as she was making my order. When I didn't reply because I wasnt sure if she was talking to me or her phone call. She said "well which one I have people behind you." I will NEVER come to this location again. Not one person was welcoming there sad as this is below par for this chain!!!!
