These guys have it perfected! Staff are genuinely eager to please. So many food choices, but they always get it right - fresh, quality ingredients. They aren't the least expensive place, but we'd rather pay a couple of dollars more for an excellent experience all around!
Sunday morning and you know you aren't going to get a table for seven off the bat, so lots of decorative flair (50's flair and Elvis) Food? standard breakfast fare, eggs, omelets, pancakes, french toast. diverseness, not that i could see. coffee was fresh and hot and cleanliness. tables turn quick, so not much of a wait, parking is a challenge as it is street parking. my dining companion has a handicap but finding a space is hard, maybe the city could look at this.

Happened across Victor's Diner in Hudson center because the place we had planned to go was closed. What a happy accident! My dining companion and I both ordered basic cheeseburgers and I added fries and a chocolate frappe for the complete experience.
