Hassled by homeless guy who had an iPhone 14 as I entered the parking lot. Then hassled by what looked like 25 year old"students" raising money for their football team. (Which then changed to basketball team as I left later.) They came up to my car, I said I'm not interested and they kept pushing it, "Come on mannnn." I went into the store they asked me again then leaving the store two more times. Why would I ever go to this Walmart where I have to be uncomfortable and have strange men come up to my car with my two kids in it? I mean I'm a 6'4" dude, but I can only imagine a woman in this scenario. I never have this issue at Target.

Go occasionally for a few items that are a little cheaper. Walmart in Hudson is closest to me. Never a cashier, confusing about bags and sometimes no bags are available and you have to carry your items in the cart out to the car. Dirty store that gives me the jeebies! No customer service other than the desk at front which is disorganized with usually long lines!

Tony the Marketing Manager seems to think the associates are made of steal! too many online orders and NO STAFF! i sat for 45 mins for 2 days to pick up my order and the 3rd time I had to go in because I simply couldn't wait any longer as it was gifts for my granddaughters to send out of state! obsurd!!don't shop online here

I am beyond furious right now. I'm not even sure how a business can operate at the rate and continue to function. I do grocery pick up every week in Leominster. The one time I choose Hudson for their different products my pick up time is rescheduled BY THEM 3 times! It's curbside pickup. It's supposed to be on my time. Even on the last set time I checked in and waited 2 HOURS IN THE LOT with three other cars waiting with me. No calls answer and every button pushed. Never TF again.

This is a broken LG TV that Walmart delivered to us!!! We bought this TV for our 6 year old granddaughter's birthday. Never opened the box in March because we never had an issue with Walmart merchandise. We wrapped it up and my son in law plugged it up a couple of weeks ago this is how the picture looks. I spoke with a Rep from Walmart and he said it is not covered since it's past 90days; he said call LG they will help us given there is a year warranty on their TV's. I opened up a case with LG and they said it is not covered because it's has a broken panel. So now my 6 year old granddaughter is out of a TV (WALMART DOESN'T CARE) and we are out of money.

I bought a gift card and the cashier couldn't provide a gift receipt so she took me to the service desk where I had to wait in line for 20 additional minutes. I recommend that you avoid this store if possible.

Only time I go through register with human being is to buy gift card. Last time when I visited, the girl at the register didn't want to bag the items. Has the pandemic changed the rules about servicing customers. Another lowered expectation moment.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Worse management in retail. The store charged me twice on my credit card, when I went to customer service I was told I had to come back in 10 days, then wait another week, then wait til next month. So, this is 3 times I've been back for the same problem. On the 4th time I waited 40 minutes for the "manager" who never even bothered to come to the desk. Finally, someone spoke to her in the phone and she said I had to call my credit card company. This is after I wasted about 2 hours on this problem and she couldn't even be bothered to apologize. After 1 month of going back there again and again just to tell me to call my bank. WTH? Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. And don't tell me she was taking care of the store because it's a crap hole. I'm glad I gave a poor rating in my secret shopper review.

I wanted to post this on FB but I learned of this Christmas morning. Someone used my cc to buy over $100 of groceries. chase reported it to me and canceled my credit card. Nice. I only used Walmart's grocery delivery service once last week and it was awful. Really awful. People be aware of who has your cc, obviously Walmart employees in food delivery cannot be trusted.

When I left the store tonight the bald older guy asked for my receipt and was so freaking rude. I felt like I was in trouble when I did nothing wrong. It felt like complete harassment. That man single-handedly gave me the worst Walmart experience of my life!!

I have been a customer of this Walmart for 5 years and shop there every 2 - 3 weeks. Until recently, I liked it very much and found the customer service to be friendly and helpful. The renovations were inconvenient but didn't think it was a big deal until one night when a man in a yellow vest demanded my receipt on the way out. I was shocked and insulted. When they later installed the self check outs, I realized they were just gearing up for that. I'm not sure why they installed them if they think that it will turn their regular customers into thieves. Instead of installing a few self check outs for customer convenience, it is now the majority of checkouts and real cashiers are limited to 2 or 3 and they put the least experienced and slow staff on them (my theory is that is to force people to use the self checkouts out of frustration). Now they have the Pickup system so people don't have to come inside. Considering most people spend there money on extraneous items they come across while regular shopping, I'm not sure why they want to limit their profits this way unless to keep as many people out of the building as possible. So my regular Walmart has gone from friendly and convenient to a store that seemingly hates it's customers and staff.

I like to shop at Walmart, they have most everything that I need, you just have to find it. They have a lot of employees, they are happy to help you find things.

I just went to Sandy around 5 o'clock to pick up the stuff I buy the at the organic stuff and there was nothing in the store and when I talk to someone they said because they have the online component it was all cleaned out then I tried to call them to see if there's ever going to be there in the store no answer screw them I'm not shopping there anymore

its pretty sad that after you pay for your stuff they stop you to check your bags and receipt. this is a public store not a membership store like bj's that you pay for a year. im sorry but this is harassment . this needs to stop because if not you will be losing customers and very fast.
