The bathrooms were almost as great as the staff. Miles if the best dunks employee I have ever had the pleasure to meet. They have always gotten my order right and know what I want even before I know what I want. But the bathrooms are some of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve seen south of Boston maybe even in all of Massachusetts.

This is my go-to Dunkin'. The staff is very friendly and the accuracy of my order is usually pretty good. There have been a few instances where mistakes have been made, but they are quick to resolve them if I bring it to their attention. My biggest complaint is that they tend to run out of donuts, particularly glazed pretty early in the day. This can be annoying, as I do come here later in the day often just to be told they don't have my favorite donut. Otherwise, I like this Dunkin'.

Not like how it used to be. The place was clean and spacious, but the remodel made it feel too clinical and minimalist. There was hardly any seating here and the layout inside is strange. Service was quick enough though.

Possibly THE WORST D&D location EVER!!!Any coffee I have ordered has not only been weak but also burnt! (??) I ordered an iced and a sandwich.. sat to wait for the sandwich. When I checked about it I was told it was given to someone else. I work in food service and understand mistakes happen.. but it definitely wasn't busy! I ordered a toasted croissant w bacon and cheese. I ended up w a cold croissant with cold bacon and cheese.

If you order Door Dash and your dasher's name is Amanda, meet her at the door. A train wreck delivered on my porch this Am. This Dunkin' is one of best, shame a snooty dasher can ruin their reputation.

Typical Dunkin's fare: bland coffee, artificial-tasting baked goods, and ultra-zapped hot items. Not all are cheap at face value, but if you have the mobile app, you can often find targeted discounts and bonus point offers.Talking about which, even though I'd ordered ahead of time on the app - which generates a detailed, customized sticker - somehow some of the items I wanted weren't fully included in my bag, which I didn't notice until I'd driven away. This is despite the fact that the electronic menu at the drive-thru window automatically detected my presence (cell phone/app proximity, perhaps?) and displayed my name and order on the screen. So, word to the wise: check everything in your bag before you pull away. Fortunately, their customer service got back to me a month afterwards with a compensatory gift card.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.

Went through the drive thru just now, employee called my brother a “******* idiot” through the speaker as we were pulling up to the window. The employee is a white male probably early 20s with tattoos.

The crew changes every week or two. I order one of the simplest coffees you can make, and they mess it up almost every single time. Like, mixing sweet tea with cream and sugar instead of coffee SEVERAL times despite putting it into the machine correctly. Tired of wasting money, learn how to properly train your staff. Done going here, get coffee elsewhere on the way in or out of town
