We walked in on a busy Saturday night and were able to sit at the bar right away. We ordered glasses of wine that were a generous pour and had the delicious bread and oil served immediately. We ordered the chicken Parmesan and the penna a la vodka with chicken. The meal came out quickly and the portions were huge. The dessert menu was extensive but we were too full to try. We will definitely be back!

I'll preface this review with how disappointed we were at our experience at Four Seasons Trattoria. We are locals who support Cape Cod's establishments year round, especially in the off season and to have had such a negative experience at Four Seasons is really too bad for the business and the staff who work there. Honestly, the meal was great! There isn't a bad thing to be said about our meals which in our party of 4, included - Veal Romano x2, Risotto, and Eggplant Parm. From the moment we walked in we felt like we were a complete imposition to the owner/manager. We had dinner reservations for 6:00pm, so it wasn't like we just walked in at the busy time of night. Our table wasn't ready, which was fine, but the attitude from the owner/manager was negative and obvious he was put out with our presence. We were seated after a few minutes and the waiter greeted us in a friendly manner, however, he appeared to be quite flustered. We were asked if we preferred tap or sparking water for which we all ordered tap and were promptly served. Next we were asked for our drink order; 3 martinis and a glass of white wine. The martinis were delivered but not the glass of wine. I tried to mention the missing glass of wine, but was interrupted for our dinner order. Once all orders were placed we mentioned there was a missing glass of wine and the waiter had to find the note on his pad thinking we had not ordered the wine. He did apologize for the error and returned with the wine. The bread was served next, which in my opinion was over done, but nonetheless tasty with the oil and herbs. Our meals promptly arrived by one of the owner/managers and the waiter's helper and the waiter made his way to our table to ask if we cared for fresh parmesan cheese. All of us said yes, and he promptly served us. The meal was delicious, no complaints about anyone at the table about their meal. However, the waiter never returned to our table, nor anyone working on the floor to inquire about our meals. The waiter was very busy, perhaps overloaded with tables and was clearly flustered and having a difficult time. The waiter's helper returned to our table at the end of our meal to clear our dishes. Our waiter returned with dessert menus and asked if we cared for an after dinner drink or coffee. We split two desserts; cheesecake and carrot cake with hot coffee for one and cappuccino for the other three. The dessert was served with a rendition of Happy Birthday as it was on in the group's birthday that day! Up to this point it has been a lovely evening despite the attitude of the owner/manager when we were greeted and the little glitches during our meal which we all were happy to overlook. The bill arrives and was paid by one of the members of the group for our party of four. As we are finishing our coffee, the owner/manager approaches our table with the paid bill and very rudely and with attitude states there is a mistake, you have misread the bill's total. You have not tipped the waiter enough and I make sure the waiters are taken care of in my restaurant. The party paying the bill reviews the balance and tip and very cordially states to the owner/manager, no, I've provided an appropriate tip; a generous tip at that, based on the service this evening. The owner/manager became quite upset and very rudely berated the individual who paid the bill stating if he wasn't going to tip a larger amount he does not want to ever see him back in his restaurant again. We all promptly got up from the table and said to the owner/manager, not to worry, we have not intention of ever coming back your restaurant.

Cozy charming trattoria lives up to its name. Excellent service, just the right ambiance. Super tender lightly fried calamari app - generous amount to share. We ordered lasagna, eggplant parm, and linguini with red clam sauce. Everything was very good, esp the eggplant parm. Will return!

Everything was fantastic! We’ve spent much more in places where the food, service, and atmosphere was not nearly as good as this.Easy ample parking, friendly greeting, seated immediately, warm and friendly service. The menu is vast, with Italian, Brazilian, and Ecuadorian selections. We had some of each. Every appetizer and every dish was absolutely delicious. The waiters chatted with us about their experiences.Rarely have we had such a great experience at a restaurant.

Fabulous family meal here tonight including dishes for the kids (which came quickly) and shrimp scampi, grilled shrimp, Carne Asada and chicken Marsala… all were cooked perfectly, delicious and wonderful service. A huge menu of options, can’t wait to come back. I would give it ten stars. Get off of the Main Street and enjoy your meal here.

The pizza looked like it was a frozen pizza from the grocery store, but I wish that's what I actually got. Probably the worst Pizza I've ever had in my life, not even exaggerating. Also, I had just drove 4 hours and was starving so you think I'd eat anything being so hungry. I was able to barely stomach 2 slices and didn't touch the rest. Maybe the raccoons will enjoy it...Doubt it.

Horrible meal. Tasteless and lacking Italian authenticity. Dont bother!

I struggled to say ok to an Italian restaurant while at the Cape over a seafood restaurant but so am so glad I did. The food and service was phenomenal! The prosciutto and burrata appetizer special was delicious and so was the fried calamari (fresh). The entrees were delicious as well. Chicken Parm and Chicken Piccata of the regular menu were delicious according to my daughter and niece. My wife and I went off the specials menu and got the Risotto Trezo Mare and Cioppino. Everything was amazing! Our only regret we filled up on appetizers and food and had no room for their large list of homemade Italian desserts, next time! Our waiter Rui was absolutely amazing and accommodating.

The restaurant seems like a hole in the wall from the outside but the food is to die for. They provide fresh bread with an oil which seems to be mixed with garlic and eggplant. I ordered the carbonara and the pasta was cooked perfectly. My partner ordered the chicken parm and it was delicious. Would highly recommend for good Italian food.

Came to the Cape for a weeks vacation for the first time in about 40 years. Had a list of restaurants recommended to me by friends but this one wasn’t on it. Let me tell you. It should have been. I could on and on about how good it was. Everything was amazing. Would definitely recommend.

Can't say enough GREAT things about Four Seasons ... been coming here a few years now as I settled on Dennis MA as my go to vacation spot. Anyways don't pass up this gem of an Italian restaurant ... do make rezzies ... and come early (5-530). If you come, do try the Cioppino or the Veal Francaise ... homemade linguini is superb as is their broth's,

This place is amazing! The service was absolutely outstanding. We had Ruey as our waiter and he was extremely attentive, kind and personable. He made us feel very welcome. We will be requesting him specifically when we come back. We will be coming back the next time we are in cape cod. The outside of the restaurant is an old friendlys and still kind of looks like that but don't be fooled by the outside. The inside is beautiful and the food is absolutely delicious. I got the linguine Alfredo and it was so delicious. My husband kept taking bites from my plate which he rarely does but he thought the sauce was so flavorful. My husband got penne with vodka sauce and it was outstanding. A wonderful experience we will absolutely be back. Don't let the outside fool you, this is an amazing restaurant and great for a date night or family dinner.

Unfortunately many of the negative reviews here are true. We waited for an hour and it wasn't that crowded -and got an attitude from the owner. Before we even finished ordering he told us that we have to order more than a pizza because they're trying to run a business here. Wrong! We asked for some more bread since we were waiting so long and we were told there was not enough bread. We spent a ton of money and wasted a lot of time - and we will never return. The co-owner only said it was a miscommunication. Pah! Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
