I was a little hesitant to order here because of some of the reviews but I'm glad I went for it. I ordered it online- it was ready for pickup when I got there 15 minutes later. Everyone I dealt with were very friendly and attentive and the subs were DELICIOUS!

I ordered a steak and cheese and the shaved steak was still a little raw. The service was awful and the manager isn't cool and very rude. This place needs to turned expanded for Not Your Average Joe's to be honest

This is the very first time I’ve had Jersey Mike’s (despite being from Jersey). I grew up on Philly Cheesesteaks and haven’t found an equal anywhere in New England. So, I was hesitant to dare order a Philly Cheesesteak, but boy was I wrong! It was the best, most flavorful, tender, terrific cheesesteak I’ve ever had. My wife and I raved about how we can’t wait to go back and have more. I instantly became a Jersey Mike’s fan.

I ordered a giant Philly cheesesteak tonight. First time the sandwich was a bummer. VERY little cheesesteak with all that giant bread. Seemed like I received regular portions for the price of a giant sandwich. We were displeased.
The sandwiches we had last week there were excellent and fresh!!!..there were only 2 women handling the masses and that is a shame....these 2 ladies busted their butts to get everything out in a timely manner!

They wouldn't toast my bread for my Italian, I was told "Italian is a cold sub and you cannot toast the bread". Then the rep on the phone proceeded to "ask the kitchen if they could toast the bread" and I was told they were busy and it could not be don't. Disappointing!

I’ve never had an issue at any Jersey Mikes location, however, today at this location I’ve encountered a Karen disguised as an employee. Firstly, I was spoken down to for asking for an ingredient on the order that was already placed on my sandwich and was arrogantly told that we were on the vegetable section. Whilst ordering, I was spoken down to and belittled for wanting a certain ingredient removed which has never been an issue at any other location. Speaking to another employee, she would openly state that I ordered it wrong and it’s not the new hires fault, which no one stated it was. Despite stating that changing the ingredient would only be a few seconds and not an issue, she continuously spoke down to me in front of customers and employees.
