The best pad Thai I have ever had, really fresh and delicious. We also had had a California roll and the Kotean stir fry. Everything was very good.

I had been to Ying many times, but hadn't been there in a while. Bibimbap is a favorite of mine. I have had it at Yings previously and it was great. My last visit, it was just okay. The sauce was not that hot, and the egg was poached, not fried. That's a small problem... the waitstaff was kind of rude. I guess that's okay because a 20% tip was added to my bill. I'm not a cheap tipper. I usually tip at that rate. But had I not looked at the bill, I may not have caught it. It was tacked on, yet not mentioned.

Walked into an empty restaurant on NYs Eve late afternoon. Eating in is definitely discouraged - stickers on the menus and at the check in desk advising there is a 20% dine in surcharge. We asked to sit at a couch area since the restaurant was empty and was told "no those are for takeout customers." The entrance area smells vaguely like a septic tank. Had one appetizer and a cocktail - the chive dumplings and a cosmo - not awful - heavy dough. Not inviting staff or even borderline hospitable, would give a strong stay away recommendation.

The menu is huge; there is so much to choose from! I always go for the sushi, but there are many options for dinner, lunch, and takeout. The staff is always kind and shares in the excitement of the experience! They let you take your time and answer any questions you have. Nothing beats the presentation of the food and the drinks. Definitely will become a regular dinner place for me in Hyannis!

Food is good in this place, but the guy on the phone should at least pretend that he wants to get paid. Rude. No "excuse me", "I apologize" or so ever, no accommodation of any kind. Also, why would you offer to leave a voicemail and then tell your customer "no one is checking those"? Anyways, service needs serious adjustment in this place! Food is not bad.

Food was good (though my curry had mostly soup/sauce & little chicken/veg), service was OK (we needed water refill when order was taken but didn’t get it) - my complaint is they have a sign clearly saying 20% dining room fee is added to parties of 5+We were 4, 1 adult +3 kids … they still added the 20%Honestly I typically tip that much if I can anyway post pandemic - but this was wrong given their sign

So many flies were trying to dive bomb into my food. I just kept swatting them away and then when one finally was successful, I figured it was time to pack up my food and leave. Once I got the bill I saw that they already charged me 20% gratuity which is something most places only do if they have a party of 4+. And then when I asked them for more ginger and wasabi, they told me there was an additional charge for that. This place is not worth it at all.
