I had the buffalo wings, honey ginger wings, fries, and Haitian spaghetti. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD IT WAS SEASONED, AUTHENTICALLY NICE. THERE WAS FLAVOR IN EVERY BITE. EVERYTHING WAS COOKED WITH LOVE. I would definitely recommend eating here and BABY lemme tell you if you need a Good Friday night unwind definitely have their drinks. For PG drinks the lemonade is bussing❗️

Horrible. I got the rice plate with chicken wings and added Mac & Cheese. The only taste to be found in this meal was the the taste of two day old, nonsense. Chicken was hard and dry and unseasoned. Macaroni noodles were mushy. This was the biggest wast of money in my life and even before i got the food, I was kind of irritated because it seemed over priced. NEVER ordering from here again. I don’t typically leave reviews but the food/service was so amazing. When I initially contacted Kray’s to place an order for pick up she was super friendly and answered my questions. It was very easy to place my order. When I arrived my food was ready as promised. She was even kind enough to charge me for a rice plate because my silly self ordered everything separate ( she saved a sister some money). The dinner came with lemonade.I was so excited to taste the food I cracked open the wings first and started singing after my first bite. Amazing!!! Hot, fresh and well seasoned. I moved on to the Mac and cheese plate which consist of your choice of protein (I chose fried shrimp/lobster), sweet potato, collard greens. Babeeeeee!!! The collard greens actually had juicy tender meat and the sweet potato may be better than your mothers (lol). The shrimp was fried perfectly and I could taste the flavor in every bite!!!! The Mac n cheese was slightly different than what I was expecting. I prefer baked, but it was definitely cheesy. Next, I had to taste the Haitian rice and pikliz. It immediately reminded me of all the Haitian meals I ate over my friend’s house as a teenager. Everything was delicious!!! If you are in the area give it a try. There is also parking in front of the store for you to grab and go. You also have the option to place an order on grub hub if I’m not mistaken. Whatever you do just go down there you won’t regret it. ???Parking: Two hour limit parking

Terrrribleeee this lady needs to be taken to court asap. Robbing people blind. My job paid $1000 for catering. Whole experience was unprofessional and frankly illegal. Food showed up 2 hours late IN AN UBER, she was rejecting our calls, food was so bad and either undercooked or overcooked. She blocked our number and never refunded or compensated us. Don’t order here.

I ordered $4,000 worth of food, it arrived almost 2 hours late and only half of my order was delivered. I have yet to receive any updates to rectify the situation. I’ve been threatened and have had random people calling me on her behalf. As a business owner this is unacceptable.

Placed a large catering order and the owner stopped answering her phone prior to the delivery that ended up arriving 2 hours late and after the event was in full swing. Then her driver arrived to the venue with only half of the food that was paid for in full and she could not be contacted. When she finally answered she had no answers and stated that all of the phone calls (to locate the food) were giving her anxiety. All around just very bad customer service and she has yet to rectify the situation or offer a refund for the items that she did not provide.

I just want to start off by saying the owner and staff are incredibly kind. I found KrayPlates on Instagram and was captivated by the shrimp and lobster! It taste as good as it looks. Mac and cheese is on point and the yams…to die for! I love the fact the owner takes time to get to know her customers. 10 out of 10.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would. If you want to get robbed of $5-10k for food you never received and subpar service come here because this is the #1 in worst service of Massachusetts !
