Uber eats order cancelled after almost 2 hours of waiting. I called the store and couldn’t even reorder over the phone. I would love to try the food but customer service needs to be improved.

Make sure you ask the price before you purchase cuz they will cheat you this woman tried to cheat me in there twice and got away with it once I will never go back in there again and the food is not even all that and you going to cheat your customers plenty of the Dominican restaurants around there

Their empanadas are decent but small & they only have one veggie option. I was actually not impressed w/ their tostones though, it was too thick & not really cooked thoroughly. So not sure whether I'd go back or not since I find it disconcerting to see staff w/out masks properly on their face.

I paid $14 for a small plate of stewed beef and yellow rice...the food wasn't the worst but it definitely wasn't the best and totally not worth $14 for a small that only came with 3 peices of beef. That is my biggest complaint. There are much better Dominican restaurants, that offer better quantity, at more reasonable prices.

I am very disappointed I ordered from GrubHub today. My steak was so salty I called and spoke with the lady she said she was going to check on it call me back. I never received that phone call that please stay away from us please I’m telling you it taste like salt just poured all over the food. Too much seasonal plus I have high blood pressure really disgusting.

The chicken empanada had barely any chicken in it. What little there was tasted ok, but I've never seen such as sad little empanada before. It did not with any pink sauce on the side either. The bacon cheese fries were a little better. It's a decent portion size with with a good amount of bacon, cheese, and pink sauce. But charging $13.00 is a joke, especially since I'm fairly certain they're just using those big bags of fries in the frozen aisle. Tbh if Wendy's Baconator fries came with pink sauce, they'd be better than these ones. There is a $6 off coupon on GrubHub so I'm not mad, and maybe some of their other dishes are better, but I wouldn't go back.

Our dinner was not delicious--the chicken and the maduros plantains were quite dry. This is the second time I go and my first experience was similarly not great. Also, a few employees were not wearing masks, which did not put me at ease.

Food is absolutely horrible! This place was amazing in the past. Every time i try to order the food its old and hard. Even the vegetables was with a bad taste. They have been charging more expensive but making the food bad. Also the employees aren’t nice.
With travel plans getting thwarted for almost 2 years we hit on ordering a full rotisserie chicken (for two of us) for Thanksgiving and Christmas to stand in for roast turkey which we had gotten from Whole Foods and was not to our liking. We made our own sides like mash potatoes and it worked out well. We have also ordered here from time to time for a regular meal. We get the chicken, maduros, beans, rice. It takes a weirdly long time to get the actual order and the menu and pricing are confusing to us but they are friendly so it is worth it in the end unless you are in a hurry.

Get place for vegetarians and vegans too. I love their green and red pepper mofongo! I tried their spinash and ricotta empanadas and they were delicious too! I like that some of their food is made at the time is ordered.

I work very close to this place and have a short lunch break. The food is good but the service is terrible. Every time I’m in there there’s only one or two other customers yet it always takes me 15 minutes to get out the door. This is extremely slow for a place that just serves pre made stuff from a hot bar. The girl that works there moves so slow it’s almost as if she’s purposely doing it. I don’t want to be rude and tell her to pick up the pace but there’s no excuse for a 20-30 year old woman in shape to be moving that slow. She is also very short and rude if you don’t speak Spanish.

For starters, the stew beef isn't terrible. It's salty and a little dry, but the flavor's good. The rice was burnt to a crisp. It seems like they burnt the bottom of the pot then mixed it in. There is crunchy rice in EVERY bite. I was trying to pick out the burnt rice grains (that's what the rice on the top half of the plate is) but I realized I was wasting my time... I couldn't even eat the meal. I also got tostones on the side which were terribly soggy, but that couldve happened during delivery. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt for that one.
