I pick up for my sister who lives across the street. She likes your food. One time I got a small pizza " cheese. My opinion ? it needed help..with cheese and sauce. Could have gotten a box pizza from supermarket ?..do better.

Just called in to place a breakfast order and they told me breakfast was over. I asked if breakfast orders ended at 11:30 and the person on the phone didn’t even acknowledge what I said. I’ve been going to Cappys for 10+ years and the service has always been good but recently there’s been new staff and the service hasn’t been as good.

I’ve been eating at Cappy’s in Jamaicaplain for over 10yrs.The food is great I got lunch there yesterday and my burger was fresh and juicy, the chicken tenders were fried to perfection and juicy also. The fries were good too but you would have to add salt if you wanted. The staff was friendly and they are quick. Overall the experience was GREAT.
Cappys in JP is my go-to pizza shop. Everything I've had here, I enjoy. Their chicken broccoli alfredo pizza is the best I've ever had in the city!

On 9/09/2023 I received an expired soda dated May 1st along with my order. I have been ordering here for years and not once have I had horrible and rude customer service like tonight, after having me wait another 30 minutes for the fact that it was their fault for expired soda I call and whoever I spoke with kept stating they get weekly sodas and I kindly informed the man that as soon as the food got in to my hands we checked the soda date and rather then accepting the fault and having a switch immediately they rather argue and not own up to their negligence very disappointed and don’t recommend this Cappys pizza to anyone.

Cappy's Food is Good ? I prefer to go there then to go to Eglston the pizza is always hot ? subs are fresh not to mention they have Breakfast so If you're looking to have a quick pick up on your way to work stop in. The Atmosphere is always great and never crowded. And the service is excellent ?? I will be back I'm happy. Try them out.
