Prices not too bad considering the large portions.Gotta say I prefer this location rather than their other spot in Haverhill. “It's so hard to find doughy pan fried dumplings if you can find them at all but they make them here! & they're bite size! I also like the fried won tons, egg rolls & battered chicken fingers. The service is always kind & pleasant. They have tables set up but I don't believe they have table service & there's no ambiance. But it works if you need to eat there. I always get take out. Remember to order extra duck sauce!“
“I'm new to Haverhill Massachusetts and have yet to find some food with flavor. Someone at work recommended this restaurant. I tried it tonight and we arrived 30 mins till close. The customer service was prompt and pleasant. The restaurant didn't smell funny. They were out of rice and beans for the evening so we opted for the plantains instead. They said it would be about 7 mins. She gave us a realistic time expectation and and the food arrived right on time. I made it home 10 mins later and my food was still piping hot and the whole chicken was seasoned and juicy. The price was fair in my opinion and we will be going back for a second visit.“
“This is a takeout business that has multiple locations in Massachusetts. We stopped by one on the recommendation of a neighbor. It is very difficult to get good chicken pot pies in the grocery store and this store was worth a try. The business was clean and the woman working there was helpful once we explained that it was our first time there. You can buy chicken pies with or without vegetables. They come in warm, cold and frozen. You can also order side dishes with the pies. We purchased two frozen pies with no vegetables. My wife likes to cook her own vegetables. At home, we cooked it according to the instructions and added mashed potatoes and vegetables. We thought the pie itself was very good. The crust was crispy and the pie was filled with a large amount of white meat. The gravy was very good too. We have already returned to this business for more of their frozen chicken pies. They are so much better than the grocery store brands. We just wish the store was closer to where we live.“
“Went Last night on a whim. Very Busy place. Lot's of take out's. I have been hearing great things about this place for a while now and gave it a shot. I am so very glad I did. Chicken was juicy and fried to perfection. You can tell alot about a place when you can't taste burned oil in the fried foods. I assume they change the oil frequently. I loved the Mac and Cheese. It was NOT the watery orange cheese sauce, It was white cheddar thick and creamy and was delish. Although I like whipped mashed potatoes, Their Mashed were seasoned properly, thick and hearty and gravy matched perfectly. I am excited to try the other items on the menu.“
